Windsor Hills is as close as you can get to Disney. In fact you can even watch the Disney firework display every night from the resort.
Not only is the Windsor Hills Resort a great place to stay with world class facilities; it is also one of the closest vacation home communities to Walt Disney World, just two miles from the entrance to the parks. There is also a shuttle service to the Disney parks if you prefer not to drive, or if your group wants to do different things at different times.

Had an excellent stay at the 5Star Florida Dream Villa with my kids, sister's family and parents. The house was exactly as advertised and pictured. The location was very convenient to the parks and the neighborhood was nicely maintained, with good playgrounds for the kids and a fun clubhouse/pool area. The owner and property manager were pleasant to deal with.
Check-in at the gate was backed up when we first arrived, so took about 10-15 min to get in to the neighborhood, but that is a one time event, so not a big deal as long as you are not in a hurry. Otherwise, all went smoothly.
Overall very pleased and would stay here again. -

Spacious house in a safe quiet well maintsined development that has a great beach style communal pool and playground. Perfect for little kids. Each room has an ensuite and there are two themed rooms that the kids loved.

This is the sencond time we rented this house! We liked it so much that we wanted to return.
The house has everything you need for a perfect vacation, it is very clean and confortable. We really enjoyed coming back to this house once again and would certainly return!
The house location is perfect, 4 minutes from Disney and near to supermarkets, drugstores, very convenient. I like being in this house because it feels like your own home in Orlando! -

We booked the rental through the internet and Tayyiba was very responsive to all our inquiries and requests. We found the home to be perfect for extended families with the bedrooms well placed and each with a bathroom. the place was very clean. Having our own pool was great. This villa is 10 minutes from animal Kingdom and 15 min from the rest of Disney...perfect to return mid-day for a break or nap and then return. It is also near grocery stores, restaurants and other stores. We really loved staying here and recommend it highly.

This rental worked so well for our three-generation family. The bedrooms and bathrooms were more than adequate and the dining room seated all ten of us!! Everything was clean, neat and well-organized! The owner was most helpful and gracious! We loved the pool and the spa!The location in Windsor Hills is close to Disney and convenient to other shopping.

We (9 people) stayed here in the beginning of October for couple of days.
I love the look of the place and the spaciousness. It was more than enough space for all of us. We really enjoyed the pool area with the hot tub. Because of the enclosed screening, there were no bugs to deal with.
It wasn't far from Disney and groceries and shopping was convenient.
I would definitely recommend this place to freinds. -

Our 3 generational family - 6 adults and 4 children found this property very suitable for our 10 day stay in Orlando. Travelling from australia we needed a place from which we could visit all the Orlando theme parks and not be restricted to a hotel room or rely on hotel meals as we prefer to make our own choices in this regard. It also provided ideal accommodation so we could all be together when we wanted and were still able to have "private space". The facilities available were excellent. It was a home away from home.
Despite the distance between us, our dealings direct with the owner via email were fantastic and we can only give this property our highest recommendation to any future tenants. -

The 5 Star Florida Dream Villa is very well maintained and furnished immaculately throughout. The villa is well equipped. When we walked in to the villa it was like a show home. It has fantastic games room and swimming pool/hot tub area. The villa is located within the first class community of Windsor Hills. It has a great club house with a mini cinema. We will definitely be staying at this villa again.

This was our second stay at this wonderful villa and i couldn't recommend enough to anyone wanting to stay in a perfect villa on the Disney / Florida holiday.
The house as our first stay was again immacualte and everything was as you expected, the booking process with the owner is very simple and they are so helpful in carrying out any requests you may have and answer any questions you have very rapidly.
Will be shortly booking our next Florida holiday and will defiantly be contacting Tayyiba again. -

Me and my family stayed at the home in June 7-11 of 2012.Everything was exactly how it was on the website.Very nice home, loved having your own high speed internet and game room.The pool also was nice.The house was very neat and clean.It had plenty of space for me and my family of 10.It was a nice place to get some quality rest from a day at the Disney parks.I would recommend this house to other friends and families.

Very spacious home loved the large dining room table everyone was able to sit down to eat. Loved the pool and spa very relaxing after long days at the parks. Our stay was early march pool heat was great. This home was perfect for our two families. My sister said she will not stay at a hotel again! :)

We visited Disneyworld 02-25-12 thru 03-02-12 and could not have been more pleased with our rental. To begin with Tayyiba was great to deal with. The home was just like it was presented on the internet and was decorated very nicely. We had six adults and three children and we were all comfortable,the kids loved the pool. We we all impressed with the cleanliness of the house. The location to Disney was just as advertised and the resort itself was great. I would rent this property again and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Spectacular vacation rental especially for family Disney vacations. Everyone had their own bedroom and bath and the suites are very private from each other. There were games for the kids. The place was spotless with great appointments in the Kitchen, a wonderful pool and patio and convenient out front parking.

Just back from our stay at this villa and can't recommend it highly enough, first time visit to Florida but wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else when we visit again.The location is great,just minutes from Disney and a short drive from any of the numerous parks and shopping locations, loads of eateries and supermarkets on your doorstep. We even had pizza delivered to our door when we were too tired to go out after a busy park day.
We had 6 adults and 3 kids in the villa and it was so spacious , spotless and luxurious .We are usually very hard to please travellers ,as we like the best, but we had no complaints at all about this villa.
The pool was a massive hit, we paid for heat and it was needed, after a day at the parks nothing better than a dip before dinner, or a late night soak in the jacuzzi.
Faultless decor, everyone loved their rooms, kitchen had everything we needed, and the boys loved the games room, the washer and dryer was great also, came home with very little washing to do ! Never had to call for help with anything, so can't comment on the management company,it was great to have privacy though, no owners popping in or anything like that, felt like it was your own holiday home.
The resort itself also had a great pool which we used a couple of times but there wasn't enough hours in the day to enjoy it to the full. It was lovely though, nice to get a sun lounger and a pitcher of beer and relax there, kids loved the flume chute,it was fast!
Can't imagine staying in a hotel in Orlando now as we have been spoiled at Windsor Hills, the community is just fantastic, you feel very safe and secure here. The streets are spotless, its very well tended to, would go so far as to say that it is Disney clean! If we ever win the lottery our first purchase will be a home here !

I traveled with 6 adults, 1 teenager, a 3 year old, and a 4 year old and the house had something to entertain all of us! The gameroom provided hours of entertainment for the little ones and played host to a couple of pool/air hockey tournaments for the adults. The pool was a little too deep for our children but the pool at the clubhouse was perfect for them. The kitchen was very well stocked which was important for us because we did a good bit of cooking. Of course I would be remiss if I didn't mention how absolutely gorgeous the house was. It had a very modern decor and the furniture looked almost new. But most importantly for me...The house was clean! I absolutely detest going to a place and feeling like I am always touching something dirty. We all felt very comfortable in the house. For our party the space was perfect and we all felt as if we had our own space. Booking was easy and I really felt comfortable working with Mrs. Nasser, the property manager, who made sure all of our needs were met before, during, and after our stay. I really hope we can go back soon and we are definitely recommending this house to all of our friends.

We spent 10 wonderful days in your beatiful house. We did`nt want to leave it, and next time we`re planning a trip to Florida we would love to go back. The kids loved the heated pool, game room and the perfect bedromm whith it temes. The area was safe, we felt so relaxed staying at windsor hills. The house was located in walking distance to playgrounds and clubhous, and it was quiet and low traffic all around the house.
We loved everybit of our stay, and will recommend it!
Tar litt på norsk også. Dette huset var akkurat like fint som det ser ut på bildene. Vi hadde 10 flotte dager der, skulle ønske vi skulle vært der enda lenger. Vi var tre familer på tilsammen 10 personer og det var godt med plass til alle. Området føltes sikkert, egen vakt som sjekker alle som drar inn og ut. Gatene og området var veldig rolig, lite trafikk, rent og pent. Ungene elsket bassenget, spillrommet og soverommene. Kort avstand til disney, universal og alt orlando har å by på. Vi hadde leiebil, lett å finne frem. Alt var rett og slett perfekt!

We stayed in the 5Star Florida Dream villa during the month of February for a Disney Vacation. We were extremely pleased with our stay. It is as beatiful as the pictures show. We will definitely come back in the future. It is so close to the Disney parks. We loved having our own private pool and hot tub to come back to after a busy day. My girls truly loved the Tinkerbell bedroom. So many nice touches!!

I stayed here in May, 2009 with my husband,parents and 6 kids (yes, 6 kids). I fell in love with the home just by looking at the pictures on website. I thought it was too good to be true but it ended up being the most comfortable and relaxing trip ever. The home is even better than pictures and had everything we needed. Very safe gated community and very close to Disney. The owner is first class. We spent most our time at the home because it was so very convenient and there was plenty to do on the property. We did go to Disney but it was so very nice to come back to such a spacious and peaceful place after an exhausting day. I recommend even if you do not need all of the rooms because the price is great.

This villa was absolutely fantastic! We were amazed from the moment we stepped foot into the place. The home is decorated very modern and displays such a warm feeling from the moment you walk in. Having all the amenities all under one roof, allowed all of us to enjoy every moment together. The home had a fun games room for us to have family competitions together. It was Fantastic!
The close proximity to everything allowed us to get in everything we planned to do during our holiday. We were within minutes of Disney.
Being our first time renting a home for our vacation we were a little worried that everything would turn out okay. However the service that was provided to us through the whole process exceeded our expectations. We were very impressed with the service the owner provided. We will definitely be returning to Florida in the future and would definitely love to stay at this villa again. I will and have recommended this villa to people I know who are going to be vacationing in Florida.

We decided to use this vacation property during a business trip instead of a hotel. Our colleagues are spread out across the states so it was nice to have us all in one place. The house was beautifully decorated, clean and the amenities in the sub division is great.It was great being able to stop in the convenience store right in the neighborhood. We will definitely stay there again for our next trip.

We had a wonderful stay in your Windsor Hills Villa. The teens loved having their own rooms, and the pool in the back yard was an added plus.
We had a couple of "relax" days where we had plans later in the day. Having plenty of space to unwind and being able to relax by the pool was great! The location can't be beat. You are very close to everything, yet Windsor Hills is so peaceful.
Everyone that looks at my vacation pictures are very impressed with your beautiful home. They all want me to plan their vacations next summer!! Thanks again for making the rental process smooth and painless.

This is an excellent villa fitted out with everything you need. The themed rooms would be a hit with small children, and the 'grown up' rooms are large and luxurious, ideal for parents or Grandparents. All bedrooms are en-suite which is ideal. The games room is airy and spacious. The pool area can be screened off to prevent younsters accessing it if required, and the villa is on a secure gated complex for added peace of mind. Location could not be better, with all the main Disney and Universal attractions no more than 15 minutes away. I would absolutly recommend both the villa and the Windsor Hills resort.

The Villa was absolutely perfect , beautiful decor, exactly how it looks. Every thing was pristine, the location ideal for Disney, Universal etc and the owner a pleasure to deal with.
Sounds a bit over the top but this really is how it was. Being very sceptical about individual renting I went into this cautiously, I was also advised by another owner to beware of lies and false pictures. There is none of this, what you see is exactly what you get. Having rented another Villa which was a 7 bed fexec in the same location for our last 5 days dus to this one being unavailable I would most certainly not hesitate to rent this one every time. -

My sister and I found this villa via the "Windsor Hills Best" website. Initially we were unsure of booking over the internet, as we had little experience in doing so. The owner of this villa however has changed our perspectives. It was an extremely easy process and well worth it. The villa is in a fantastic location and is great value for money. The five bedrooms easily accommodated the nine of us (4 adults, 5 children). Getting ready for the parks in the morning was simple, as there was never a line to use the bathroom (each bedroom has one).
The kitchen is large and well equipped with everything (including plastic for children). It also has a convenient "pass through" to the dining area, so one or two adults would cook and serve breakfast and the kids would each come and retrieve it. It was a bit of a production line, but it made getting ready in the morning a very speedy process! The fridge was large enough to stock all the supplies we brought from the nearby Publix. Being able to have breakfast in your "own home" rather than a hectic hotel buffet was a major attraction for us, so when we hit the parks we were more than ready. The kids loved the games room and we all appreciated the pool. The villa is so close to the Disney parks that we often felt we would be home and in the pool before the Disney hotel guests had made it onto a transport (the lines were extremely long). The villa also has wireless internet, so my brother in law could keep up with his business very easily. If a "no hassle" vacation is your goal, then I would really recommend you book this villa.
