Just 15 minutes drive away from Disney World and most theme parks being no more than 35 minutes drive away, our 3 bedroom 2 bathroom villa offers comfortable accomodation for families or couples in a very peaceful setting. We have a screen enclosed heated swimming pool and ample seating for 8 people in the pool area which makes our villa the perfect family holiday house or just a peacful break for couples.
The master en-suite bathroom contains a round roman tub with over head shower enclosed by sliding shower screen doors.

Our villa is set in the heart of Kissimmee on a community called Chatham Park. Chatham Park is located between markers 13 and 14 on Highway 192 which is packed with all kinds of shops, markets, discount stores, restaurants and bars. We are also only a 10 minute drive away from Walt Disney World and most other attractions are between 15 and 35 minutes away.
Chatham Park is a quiet, residential development and has the added bonus of its own on-site security which patrol the area on a regular basis. It also has a large community pool, tennis courts, childrens' play park, basketball courts and a lake.
As well as Disney World, we are also close to all the other major attractions, Sea World, Busch Gardens, Universal Studios, Wet n Wild and Kennedy space Center.
Shopping is just a few minutes drive away and even within walking distance if you want to get some exercise.

We've stayed at this villa twice now and have booked to go again this year - I think it's fair to say we love it!
First up, Elaine and Richard are lovely to deal with and offer fantastic service and a great product at a great price.
The villa itself is in a great location, far enough off the main road to be quiet, but close enough to be accessible. It's a great central location for the parks and for shopping and they're are lots of great restaurants nearby.
The villa is spacious and comfy, the pool is wonderful and very inviting after a hot day walking around the parks. The facilities are great; the villa contains everything you could need, and this is why we like it so much, it's a real home from home.
This year will be our third stay in Elaine and Richard's villa, and I'm sure it won't be our last! -

An amazing holiday that will never be forgotten. Our little girl wasn't even 2 years when we went, however she still talks about it now and definitely wants to go back. The villa location was a short driving distance to the parks and very close to local amenities.
