This 5 bedroom/3.5 bathroom home is located in the superb, and much sought after resort known as Windsor Palms. Sleeping 10 people comfortably, Casa Montano enjoys a quiet location within the resort and has much to recommend it, and is within walking distance to the club house and amenities.

Windsor Palms is a quiet, superbly situated resort, only 3.5 miles from Walt Disney World, and is widely regarded as one of the... premier vacation resorts in the Kissimmee area.

It is certainly one of the most popular, and it is easy to see why.

The amenities are a major plus here and include a superb games room, a heated community pool, a fitness center, internet cafe, and clubhouse.

Windsor Palms makes a charge for internet access, which you should bear in mind. This is payable locally.

With tennis courts already in place, a basketball court and a volleyball court too, Windsor Palms does have it all.

There is even a private 56 seat cinema on site as well!.

Windsor Palms enjoys an excellent location, 3 and a half miles from Walt Disney World, 20 minutes from Universal, 15 minutes from Sea World and an hour from Kennedy Space Center.

A 5 bedroom home with 3.5 bathrooms, Bahama Palms is nicely furnished with your comfort in mind.

The bedrooms consist of one master, with a king size bed and full en-suite facilities as well as a Queen master bedroom, again with full en-suite and three twin bedrooms, one of which is ideal for children.

Other features of Casa Montano include a separate dining area, spacious kitchen, large living room, and a full size washer and dryer in a 2-car garage.

The garage is home to a games room equipped with a pool table, foosball and air hockey table.

We also have a number of board games and puzzles, perfect to keep everyone entertained during those rainy days.

The living area is nicely furnished and has a 32 inch television, Play Station 2 video game console with games, and DVD player.

Please note the home also has free internet and local calls.

The kitchen is fully fitted too with a dishwasher, microwave, full refrigerator, stove, coffee machine, toaster, waste disposal and telephone, and you will find all your crockery, and cutlery, as well as linens and towels, supplied for your stay.

Sliding patio doors from the family room open onto a covered patio, which features a superb screened in swimming pool and a spa, with a safety fence for children.

If you are travelling with little ones, our home is equipped with a full size crib, a play pen (pack 'n play), stroller, a bed rail and a high chair - no extra charge!

Casa Montano, with the proximity it enjoys to all the local facilities and attractions, coupled with the superb amenities within the resort, has a lot to offer for your Florida vacation!

We do not charge a refundable security deposit. In lieu of this we charge a one off fee of $55 for

e.g. dates of stay, length of stay, early booking discount, last minute discount, repeat guest

specials etc.

We can also offer you travel Insurance through TravelGuard. The premium is 7% of your booking total.

This cover is optional but recommended.

Please contact us for details if interested. For example a booking of $1000 would incur a premium of

just $70, excellent piece of mind for travelers.

Cleaning fee applies for stays of less than 7 nights.

Payment can be made by check, PayPal and all major credit cards.

Pool heat is recommended October through April dependent on ambient temperature.

  We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, comfortable and well furnished. There were plenty of towels and dishes, the pool was clean and not too far away. On our last day, we were able to check out late, since no one was coming in that night. Since our flight home was delayed, the extra time was greatly appreciated. We will definitely check this condo for availablitly if we return to Orlando.

  We rented this unit for 5 weeks and it would ha e been a long stay if we didnt like it. But the days flew by because we had all the comforts of home and more. We rented on short notice and the folks at Mid-Florida were excellent to work with. We couldn't have asked for better service! The unit is very well furnished. The resort is as good as any we have ever visited.. The people are friendly and it is a very safe environment. The pool s beautiful. We would definitely stay here again.

  This unit is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a wonderful 2 week vacation! Plenty of dishes, glasses, utensils, pots and pans, etc. Also has plenty of towels and extra sheets for the beds. This unit is on the top floor so we didn't hear any noise from any of the other units. Nice lighting throughout and very clean which is very important to me and my family.The resort itself is fantastic! The short walk to the pool is very lush with beautiful flowers and greenery. The unit we stayed in (Saranac Dream) also had extra pool chairs so we had something to sit on when the pool area chairs were taken. My husband and I especially enjoyed sitting on the lanai in the morning and enjoying breakfast. Because we were on the top floor, we had lots of privacy on the lanai. We are staying in this unit again next year. We loved Windsor Hills and this condo.
