We arrived to a wonderfully thought out home that lacked nothing. 12 in our family group from New Zealand all excited to be visiting Orlando for the first time. Ideally situated close to Disneyworld ( once we mastered the highways with no GPS except our own good sense of direction! :-) )
Fabulous space and wonderful covered pool that the kids loved at the end of each action packed day. Less than 5 minutes drive to a fabulous supermarket and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again in the not too distant future.

This was a great place to stay and made our holiday to Florida very enjoyable.
We have been to Florida before and stayed in villas where the pool overlooks the neighbour's pool - not great when you want to relax in the hot tub with a glass of wine in the evening. Instead this villa overlooks a lake with great scenery.
The villa also has a bit of individuality, with wall murals in the children's rooms. We were staying in the master bedroom but could imagine that if you were travelling with kids this would be great.
I would absolutely recommend this villa! -

The difference is quite simply being able to take in a full and busy day at the parks and still look forward to getting back to relax in this spacious and comfortable villa. Everything about this villa is superb; the pool (not overlooked), the kitchen & dinning facilities, bedrooms and games room and above all its location. Just a few miles from the main parks, this was a family trip to Florida without the memories of highways and tolls! I would thoroughly recommend this particular villa to others.

My family (husband & 3 children) together with my sister, her family (husband and 2 children) and my parents stayed in this fantastic villa last summer (2010) and had a wonderful time. The villa is fantastic and the pictures although good just dont do it justice, with excellent facilities and more than large enough to fit all of us in without feeling cramped at all. The pool is a great size and the kids would be in there whenever we were at the villa while the adults were able to sit beside it relaxing. In the evenings after alot of walking around the parks (its only 5 mins drive from disney especially if you use the short cut that the villa has directions to) most nights while the kids were in the pool we'd use the kitchen area (inside and outside) to cook dinner. Then we'd either relax around outside especially in the jazucci with a nice glass of bubbly or play table tennis/pool in the games round. Some days we didnt go to any parks as stayed around the villa as there was plenty to do and entertain us. This really was the best family holiday ever and the villa had a massive part in creating this, I would and have recommended to all my friends.

This holiday villa was amazing for a number of reasons. Firstly the location of the villa was in a beautiful complex close to restaurants and shops. It was also really close to all the theme parks. The villa was very large and was beautifully presented with great views from the back of the house.
Everything was perfect and the house, grounds and fabulous pool area were all meticulously maintained.
The games room was the stand out room in the house for me.
All of our family really enjoyed our holiday here and we all really want to go back there again for another vacation.
I would really recommend this villa to anyone who wants to have a perfect vacation in Florida.
