My Villas are located off Highway 192 West (W Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy past 192 Marker 4) on Secret Lake Drive which is just past Houlihan's, McDonalds and 7-Eleven. These are a 10 minute walk from the townhouse. Also located here is Bruno's Italian Restaurant and a Lynx Link 55 bus stop (east 192 to Old Town). There is also a children's play area at McDonalds. A Walgreens pharmacy is located here too.
US 192
Just 1 mile east on the 192, is the Rolling Oaks Commons 320,000 sq ft shopping center, home to a large SuperTarget store, Olive Garden, Longhorn Steakhouse, and Flippers Pizzeria. A Sweet Tomatoes salad bar is opening here soon and a Bahama Breeze restaurant has just opened
Opposite Rolling Oaks is a Publix supermarket and a very popular Miller's Orlando Ale House has recently opened.
Continuing east on the 192, just 5 minutes drive from Encantada is the Formosa Gardens Village shopping center. Some of the best known restaurants are located here: Carrabba's Italian Grill, Cracker Barrel, Dairy Queen, Giordano's Italian, Outback Steakhouse, Red Lobster, Subway, Taco Bell, Take' Sushi & Grill, Taste of China, TGI Friday's, as well as many shops, a Marketplace supermarket and Jungle Golf Maingate. There is also a Centra Care medical center here providing affordable urgent medical care.
Arabian Nights, Celebration, Kissimmee Old Town and Medieval Times can be found further east on the 192 from Encantada.

No unpleasant surprises, everything run smoothly, according to our previous agreement with the owner. The only suggestion would be a larger TV in the living room for the next time we return,

Townhouse was clean and comfortable. Much better than being crammed into a hotel room. Was nice to have a splash pool in the back. They have bigger pools at the clubhouse which were also really nice. Resort was close to a lost of major stores (Walmart, Target, Publix). Not to mention also about a 10 min drive to Disney World. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Will definitely book again next time we're in Orlando!

I stayed here with my wife, my parents in-laws and my brother in-law (05 persons)from 09/07 to 09/20. You can rate our stay as great. Joe is very friendly and greeted us very warmly, and even gave us some very good tips that helped us a lot during our holiday. Thanks Joe for giving us the opportunity to relax in a wonderful place such as your villa. And thanks for letting us know of the rocket launch from Cape Canaveral Space Base, which we enjoyed very much. When God gives us the opportunity to return to Orlando, definitely we will stay again in this villa. And of course I'll recommend it to my friends and family.

Great location. Everything you need on located on same road. Food to drug stores and everything in between. Not a far or bad drive to Disney. Only complaint is the #'s on the condos are not very visible at night. We went by it a couple of times. It was the whole complex not just this condo. Will stay again and already told several people about it and what we paid. Thank you!!!

We stayed here for 1 week during spring break 2011. My wife and three kids (ages 7, 5, and 3). The villa was perfect with each kid having their own bed. The place was very clean and everything we needed was onsite. The kids especially enjoyed the private pool in the back. Great location. Would definitely stay again.

Our family traveled on Spring Break from Michigan to revisit Walt Disney World. Our last visit was 10 years ago when our children were 6 and 4. We truly enjoyed our stay! The condo was roomy and comfortable to come home to after long, busy days in the park. The decor is modern and inviting. The complex is safe, secure and quiet which is very important to us. Joe was easy to work with and very accommodating. We are looking forward to returning again - hopefully before another 10 years goes by.

We stayed at this amazing villa for our honeymoon. When we started looking into where to stay we didnt find much that fit into our budget. We weren't looking to spend thousands but we were looking for something better than a hotel. We came across this place on craigslist. We looked at the pictures and instantly feel in love. But we thought it was to good to be true. But we decided to give it a shot and call anyways. When we called Joe he was very helpful to accamadate our needs. He had emailed us all the information and the location and the prices. We were very unsure what to expect because the pictures showed this amazing place but for the price we didn't understand how we could get what we saw. When we got there this place was more than the pictures can tell. The villa was huge. We had a full size kitchen with everything you need to make all the meals. It had a laundry room so you didn't have to bring a lot of clothes in your suitcase and you didn't have to go home with dirty ones. The living room had plenty of room and a nice tv. The upstairs bedrooms all had tvs. The master bedroom had a bathroom and tv. The pool was outside on the patio and was very private. This place was simply amazing. Its a beautiful location and extremely close to disney. The staff was very friendly and willing to help with whatever they could. We got in at about 1am and the man on duty at the gate was extremely helpful. We are already talking about when to go back down. When we go back down to Florida for whatever reason, We will be calling Joe. We can't thank you enough for making our honeymoon perfect!!

We recently stayed at this villa and were so happy with it! It was roomy, clean, and comfortable!! Had a bit of trouble with the security at the gate but other than that the house was awesome!! I will definitely hold on to his information and we will be staying there on our next visit! We were a group of 8 and fit perfectly there!! Thank you so much!!!
