This home has everything to make your holiday away from home very comfortable. It is a beautiful home,well decorated,very spacious and bright.It was easy to rent and Radha(owner) made the transaction simple and pleasant!The lake behind the house was lovely while you sat out back near the pool. We enjoyed daily visits from some of the local duckies but they didn't wear out their welcome. Most of the major attractions and shopping areas are only a short drive away(20 minutes approx.)I would certainly rent this home again. Thanks Radha:)

Perfect vacation!!! The house was great. No complaints at all. Great quiet location on a beautiful little lake, which holds a lot of bass if you feel like doing some fishing. The house was perfect for our little family of three but would also be great for up to 8 guest. Very clean and spacious house. Radha was great to deal with and very friendly. We are already planning to return in 2014 for another great vacation.

We had a wonderful stay in this home. Carver was very patient with our questions and helping us with a couple of issues. We loved the openness of the floor plan. The pictures do not do it justice. The bedrooms were huge. The pool is small, but was perfect for what we wanted to do. Loved the outdoor table and chairs, great for morning coffee and dinner. The house had everything we needed for a great stay. The kids loved the fine feathered friends that came to visit daily. The location is perfect for quiet and privacy. The theme parks are about 30-40 mins away, and easy to get to.(as long as you don't take the wrong exit!)
The only drawback that we found was that the mattresses on the beds are really, really firm. Other than that, I would highly recommend this home to anyone that asks.

I find the local route to the Theme Parks are a lot easier and takes you there in about 20 mins. From Crescent Lakes make a left onto Poinciana Blvd, left on US #535 and a left on US #536 (which is also World Drive) to Theme Parks.

We enjoyed our stay at this clean and tastefully decorated house!- and everything needed for an extended stay
The kitchen was so well supplied with new and clean pans and dishes and glasses! The linen closets had nice fluffy white towels and beach towels!
The Master Bedroom Suite was great! - with a King size bed and a nice large shower - complete with shampoo & conditioner dispenser - and bath tub. A second King and 2 rooms with twin beds - with a bathroom conveniently located for the 3 bedrooms
The owners were most accommodating and pleasant to rent from.
We loved the sun coming up over the lake - and the view of the lake while in the pool - or just enjoying the large lanai area - with a table to have our meals outdoors with this view'
Game room in the garage area - off the laundry room
Located close to shopping - theme parks and restaurants
We look forward to our stay in 2014! and definitely would recommend!

I'm so happy that I choice vacation home over a hotel room it's Huge difference they have everything that you need silverware dishes pots classes Barbecue grill about 50 Towels... Etc. The house was in a great condition and super clean good Neighborhood Everyone loved it I can't wait to come back next year when I Plan my vacation again. Thank you

I know it sounds corny "the home away from home" title, but its true, from the time you walk through the front door, the home is fresh and clean, with four large bedrooms, fully carpeted and well decorated.Two of the rooms have kingsized beds. We stayed in the home for just over a month. Everything promised is in the home and more. The pool overlooks a small lake that has ducks and turtles and other wildlife that visit as the sun goes down. Another word for the area is "Quite and peaceful" and "safe." The home has everything you could need, even a tea-strainer for those who like loose tea.The Large screen tv in the lounge was fantastic with over 200 channels and a blue ray dvd player. The washer and dryer worked overtime and well during our stay. There is fresh linen stored under the beds. The large beach towels were great for the pool and shower. Radha Persaud was wonderful and helpful and really just a phone call away, to help with every need we had. shops are close, a wonderful petting zoo just up the road, with hay rides and train rides and personal animal guides. We enjoyed our stay at the house. We were traveling with 6 in total - 2 grandparents, parents, and 2 children - and the house was perfectly sized and laid out for us. The house was very clean and well-maintained, and check-in was no problem. Our criticisms would be location (it's a bit remote, about 20 min to Disney), the pool is smaller than we thought, the aC quit on us (although the owner immediately got a service person in to fix it), and we would have prefered a few basic provisions be in place (e.g., laundry detergent, dishwash soap, basic spices) instead of having to buy them all.

We always had dishwashing soap. The soap pump is a part of the faucet ...you may have missed it.

We were satisfied over all with this house. It is a very spacious and comfortable home. Everything was neat and clean. Perfect for families with kids. The only drawback to this house is that it's kind of far from everything. It takes about 20-30 minutes to get to Disney or to the main roads, restaurants and shopping. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay, specially when we were relaxing by the pool. It felt so calm and peaceful. I would definately recommend it.

We just returned from a seven days vacation from this lovely home. Radha, the owner, was great to work with. She answered all my questions and concerns. The house was clean and very organize and plenty of room. It was great to come to a nice home after a long day at the theme parks.
The location was a little out of the way. If you like a quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle then this place is for you. The only possible negative would be the size of the pool, it was a little small, but I would not take any marks against it. We only got to use it once in the seven days we were there. This was the nicest house that my family and I ever rented for our summer vacations! Very clean with all the amenities that you need, home away from home! If that wasn't enough, the owner was the best to work with. Ms. Radha was very personable and has the sweetest disposition! My family and I will definitely be renting Disney Vacation Villa w/ a View!

Very nice, and spacious house in good condition. The master bedroom was great. Very nice shower and sliding doors to the patio. The pool was not huge, but large enough for 3-4 adults. There is a good grocery store nearby, but not much else. The only drawback was that it was a little far from the Disney parks - about 30 mins. Definetly a good place to stay if you have 6+ people.

We have no complaints about this property! It was everything and more than we were expecting. The house was extremely clean and the layout is perfect for families! Radha is excellent to work with! All correspondence is carried out in a timely manner, he shared tips and helpful information based on personal experience, it really is evident that his clients are valued!

My family and I loved the house, from the front of the house, it may same nothing much to offer but when you enter it, it was like wow. Booking was easy, entering was easy also. The house had all the amentities described on the website and extra, it was the most cleaned house I have ever rented anywhere, and it is very spacious. Everything is located in driving distance, the restaurants, food stores, shopping malls, flea markets, theme parks. My kids enjoyed this house, they also felt the same us, it was a great house and we shared great experiences in it. Thanks Radha..we will be booking soon for two weeks this year.

I was concerned about finding a comfortable place for my family, especially since my youngest was 11 months old. I must say I was not disappointed in any way. This home met all our needs. It was spotless and had all the amenites you could need. Kitchen was nicely equipped. My husband and kids thoroughly enjoyed the games, Air hockey, Foosball was a welcome entertainment for the boys. Getting to the Theme Parks was a breeze. Shopping at the Outlet Malls and getting to Legoland was all within easy travel distance. We even did a day at Daytona Beach as well. Have no hesitation to stay at this villa! Radha is amazing in communicating and following up. She made sure we were comfortable and had our deposit mail to us within a week of us vacating.

We stayed at this villa for two weeks in Sept, 2011 and thoroughly enjoyed it. Getting to the Disney Theme Parks, shopping areas etc. was extremely easy. The main road (Poincianna Blvd.) takes you through to Hwy #535 (a non-toll road) and within 15 minutes we were in the middle of it all. We have stayed at other locations but none has compared to the cleanliness of this villa.
The villa backs onto a waterway so after our day of sightseeing, relaxing by the pool was extremely private and peaceful. The kids thorougly enjoyed the pool and games but the air Hockey was the top winner. If you are a jogger or enjoy morning walks like us you will love this location, there is a park and a basketball court nearby also.
The fully equipped kitchen was a great convenience for our family. We were able to do our shopping at the Publix Supermarket which is about 10 minutes away.
Overall it was a great experience and Radha was very efficient from the inception, starting with our first email and follow ups throughout the booking process. She was very helpful. Check-in was a breeze, the keys were ready and available at location upon our arrival.
We followed the guidelines and we made sure the place was tidy as per the rules and we received our damage deposit in full within a week of vacating.
We will most certainly return to this property on our next trip to Florida.
