Ideally located for all Orlando's famous attractions. The villa is fully air-conditioned. The alarm is monitored and for the children's safety there is an alarm on pool door. Enjoy privacy and relaxation in the large (30' x 15') south facing pool backing on to a Conservation area. The 6’ high fence means that we are not overlooked and can enjoy privacy and relaxation in the large south facing pool, or sunbathing in the deep-padded upgraded pool furniture. Crescent Lakes is a popular residential area close to Orlando's famous attractions, including Disney, SeaWorld and Universal. It is only 10 minutes from Highway 192 with Oldtown's famous attractions - vintage cars, bike parades and fairground. The villa is also near shops, retail outlets, restaurants, fishing, golf, horse riding, petting farm, and air boat rides.
Only a few minutes walk from the Villa you will find children's play areas, a basketball / volleyball court, picnic and BBQ areas.
