My family and I stayed in this home for 1 week. There were 8 of us in total, and there was more than enough room for all of us. First impression...Very clean! My kids loved the pool as well! Shopping and Disney parks are pretty close. Lots of great restaurants to choose from in the area. The only suggestion I have for any improvement would be to maybe provide dish soap and a few extra garbage bags as we were a big group. I would definitly stay in this home again and recommend it to my family and friends. Thanks for a great week!

Stayed at strombolli court on the last leg of a marathon trip through Florida.
Amazingly, of the 4 places we stayed at, this was the cheapest. However, it was at least the equal of the most expensive accommodation we stayed in on the gulf coast which cost 2.5 times more.
The place is pristine, with large living spaces tastefully decorated and with a nice pool and jacuzzi overlooking a reserve so plenty of privacy.
Have stayed many times in Florida for visiting the parks and this is the best situated yet for me with lots of restaurants and shops between Disney and home( 7 minutes door to door).
Not a case of would we return but when we return. -

Our stay was in January '13 and it was the best home we've ever stayed in. Everything was as promised and then some. It was very clean and all the furnishings were first class. It was within 10 minutes of Disney World where we went for 4 days. Shopping and resturants were close by. The pool was by far, our grandkids favorite amenity, they were in it whenever we were there. The beds were wonderful, the kitchen well stocked with appliances{we did quite a bit of cooking} I will tell my friends about this home and hope they can stay there, I know that if we get to go back, I'll give the Melvins a call. Great vacation!!

We wanted a relaxing week to re-charge the batteries. The house was lovely and clean with everything we needed, except a cork screw that worked, it has one now. There was some damage to a closet door which I reported and was fixed the same day with out any fuss. We paid to have the pool heated as it was early January and it was great. There is a very good supermarket close by and lots of restaraunts, Houlihan's was good with live music at the outside bar.

We are very pleased with the rental of this house. Nice and clean room with a lot of space for the kids. The pool was perfect and we was very happy that there wasa alarm out to the poolarea.
The only thing that was hard to understand was the garbage-picup instructions.
The locaction was perfect for visit to Magic Kingdom. I´m sure that we will rent this house again. Also a great plus for the service we get
when we contact the servicestaff during our stay there.

The home was wonderful. We had plenty of room after a hard day at the park or shopping. The location was very good. It was very close to the things we wanted to do. The home was very well furnished. The bedrooms large and nicely appointed. All things worked. This is a place I would love to stay in again.

We stayed for 10 days at the beginning of October. This is a very nice home, clean and well kept. The pictures on-line are an accurate reflection of the home. Keyless entry is a plus as you only have to remember the code. Everything is all on one level which is good and we liked the separation of bedrooms in the floor plan. Tv's in 3/5 bedrooms. There was a well supplied kitchen. We payed for pool heat and enjoyed the pool/spa use, Only negative would be the loud pool alarm which you can't disable from the pool side but that is a requirement not the homeowner choice. Wifi is included at the property and we used every day, never an issue with connection.
We liked the location , close to go to Disney (about 10 minutes). Lots of restaurants in the area and grocery stores available (Target, Walmart, etc)
The owners were very responsive on e-mail in arranging the booking and with any questions. They offer a number of payment options. We would stay again with them and one of my friends has already booked with family for an Easter visit. -

We were 4 children and 6 adults.
The house was perfect for our family.
It was close to every Disney theme park. Also to shopping centers.
All rooms and services were excellent.
The pool was great.
We didn't have to much time to stay at the house but, we are already planning to go back and spend more time and enjoy the house.
I really recommend this house. -

We truly enjoyed our stay in this home. The house was immaculate and tastefully furnished with everything we needed (and then some!) The layout was perfect---offered plenty of room for 2 families. The kids had a blast in game room and swimming. Would definitely stay here again!

We have just returned from a fabulous 2 weeks in Florida. The villa was fantastic, complete with games room, pool, and spa. It is thoughtfully decorated, with high quality furnishings. The location was great, close to restaurants, supermarkets, and right on disneys door step. I would fully recommend this villa, and are hoping to stay there again next year.

this vacation home was truly a home away from home.very spacious and beautifully decorated.The kitchen was fully equipped with everything one might need to cook.
The location was great, very near to Disney World.
the best part was the pool and whirlpool, which was perfect to relax after a long and hectic day at the parks.
