We believe, that we have created the perfect vacation home from home for you our guests at this our 2nd villa in the area on Philadelphia Circle only 5 minutes walking distance from our first on Eagle Pointe South, Kissimmee.
The villa is decorated and furnished to the highest American standard with luxury being the best way of achieving client satisfaction, restful and remembered holidays.
The furnishing enhances the open plan Florida Style which boasts true comfort and colour co-ordination throughout the living and bedroom areas. Thus, complimenting the inbuilt amenities of the villa architecture and design.

- Damage deposit - $378 / stay - Security Deposit - We require a security bond of £250 to be paid in to our Pay Pal vertual account for the period of the rental. After your departure, our maintenance manager inspects and if all OK then the full amount is returned to you within 3 days.

This villa is everything the owner said it would be, a very modern, well furnished/equipped home that offered sumptious comfort for us for a month and it is ideally situated close to Disney but just far enough away for a peaceful relaxing holiday. We will be returning.
