Description

This charming 3 bedroom, southwest-facing villa is on the Indian Point community in Kissimmee. Just off the US192 with its incredible range of shops, bars & restaurants to suit all. The Disney parks are 15 min drive away, with Universal Studios slightly further, needing a 25 min trip. Back at the villa, sun worshippers are well catered for with the pool deck which has fencing to all sides, giving you extra privacy as you soak up the sun, or dine alfresco, making use of the outside dining area.

The home and pool are professionally managed and maintained, ensuring your stay is worry-free

LIVING SPACE

The family living area is at the rear of the villa. This has sofa seating for eight people around a flatscreen TV and doors to the pool deck. The kitchen is situated between the lounge and the dining room at the front of the villa, where you will find a table and chairs for six people.

1. Master Suite with king-size bed and walk-in wardrobes, TV and large en-suite with walk-in shower

2. Bedroom 2 with Queen-size bed, slide closet & TV

3. Bedroom 3 with Triple bunk (double with single on top) and an additional single bed, sliding closet & TV

ADDITIONAL BATHROOM

Family bathroom contains a bath with shower over.

OUTSIDE POOL

The pool area to the rear of the property is very spacious and is South-West facing. Beyond the screened pool area is a lawned area which is enclosed by wooden fencing. This gives the property a pleasant secluded aspect. Sun loungers and a patio set (table and chairs for six) are provided for use around the pool and there is an undercover area for outside dining.

The pool can be heated for a small additional charge (currently $30 per day) and we recommend you book this extra in advance if you are travelling between October and April.

The location of the villa was perfect. Close to Walmart superstore and our favourite restaurant Kobe Steakhouse. The villa was presented well and felt like home. The best feature was the pool area.… More
