The Saltaire Cottage Court is conveniently located at milepost 2 ½ in Kitty Hawk, on the Beach Road (NC12) on the beautiful Outer Banks of North Carolina. Have been going to the Salt air now for over forty years. Started vacationing there when the orginal owners. Would love to see some updated more comfortable furniture placed in the units. The wood furniture has been there forever and is not so comfortable. Truly a very shabby beach cottage with the beach across the street, pool outside your door and best of all Winks around the corner. We are now into the third generation of family going there (oldest grandchild 19)they love it. The new added unit is really nice. Cottages are truly a beachy place to stay without all the bells and wistles in your unit...

From the moment I called to make the reservation, I knew this would be an awesome visit. The people working at Seaside vacations were always willing to answer any questions I had. Our stay at Saltaire was incredible. The location is perfect, the rates reasonable and nothing could have taken away from our experience. We will definitely be back to stay at Saltaire!!!

Just big enough for my husband and I. Need to put a trash can in the bathroom and some kind of full length mirror, but otherwise very cozy and comfortable.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Saltaire Cottage #1. It was clean and cozy. I would recommend however some minor things to improve the cottage. A waste basket in the bathroom, a full length mirror on one of the inside doors and possibly a TV in the bedroom.

We had a very enjoyable time again this year. This was our third year to OBX during this time of year and our third year booking with Seaside. The size was small but that is what we like. We enjoy an affordable time rather than big and more expensive. No complaints. Good warm atmosphere. Very friendly staff. I was slightly disappointed to look at my records and find I spent $100 more this year than last for the same accomidations. I had asked the booking agent if we could get close to last years price and we didnt. Had I known ahead of the trip I would have shopped around. This is the off season and I am a returning client ... with no advantages to me for my loyalty.

Our stay in Cottage 1 was for only one night, but it was enjoyable. It was newly remodeled and fresh. The staff at Seaside were very accomodating.
