although we did visit the area spent most of the time on beaches the house was well decorated and located close to all things needed

If my husband could have made it this year (he passed away in March of this year), it would have been his 60th year of coming to this same place off and on during that time. His aunt built the cottage in 1952! The people who own it now have done some wonderful renovations over the last several years that we've been renting it. It was like "coming home" to my husband and is a great tradition for my son,grandson and me to carry on.

This property was everything we thought it would be based on the description provided on the web site and from the staff at Wright Property Management. Upon our arrival at the office we were immediately waited on and within minutes were on our way to the property. The packet we received at the office included lots of local information, and even had directions to the propoerty from the office printed on it.
The house has been updated recently with a new kitchen and bathrooms. Everything was clean and well organized. We especially liked how the king size bed upstairs was elevated slightly so that you could watch the sunrise without even getting out of bed!
The location is great, not too far from the Wright Memorial Bridge and close to lots of shops and restaurants. We really like the properties that are right on the beach and this one delivered. At low tide the ocean is maybe 60 feet from the deck, and much closer at high tide.

Wonderful house with a beautiful master loft, great getaway for a couple or family with older childrem. Kitchen had anything you could need, very comfortable home. One tiny detail - coffee pot does have an automatic shutoff, not used to that and it stayed on for 24 hours. Might consider that when replacing.
