renting our house was so easy. the house we rented was very nice and clean. we were right on the beach, and only minuets away from activities food and shopping. very relaxing vacation. looking forward to nexy year.

Had a memorabee time here. Got married on the beach in front of the house. Was a charming home and fit our needs perfectly. We loved the convenicence of being on the beach road. We requested early check-in but were told this was not available b/c the owner didn't permit it...why? But were able to get in a little earlier than 4pm - 3pm and were married at 5:30pm. But all worked out. Thank you Beach Realty and Construction for making my dream come true.

We had a bit of trouble the first evening we arrived. We checked in late, and got to the house, put all of our belongings inside, relaxed for a bit, and decided to head out to the store. When we came back, the key that we used to enter, would not work on any of the door locks. We called the after hours number, and within 30 min, someone was there to let us in. The key was to blame, but the rear door and the side entrance are difficult to get into. Replace those door locks or fix what makes it so hard to turn the key to get in. Once inside our microwave was not heating. We placed a service call the next day, and within 24 hours had a new microwave brought in. The two maintenance men were excellent and friendly to work with. They get 5 stars!! Once we got all of that out of the way the first night, our week was awesome! We have pre booked for next year. We loved how close the house was to the beach, and easy access to and from. One suggestion to make this house "Perfect". Take one side of the back deck, and put a roof over it, to allow relief from the sun, or rain, and allow you to still see that beautiful view when you've had enough sun, or when an awesome storm is moving across the ocean!! Overall this was a great place to stay!!
