The house was perfect. It was clean with plenty of room, and furnished beautifully. We loved the openness of the kitchen, dining area and living room. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable. The location was just perfect. There is a small road between the house and beach which served as a barrier to the beach for the children. The access to the beach was right across the road and the sand in that area was soft and not pebbly as some other areas of the beach were. The service we received from the office was efficient and friendly. We chose not to pay the additional cost for cleaning at departure and all that involved for us was to clean out the refrigerator, take trash out to the dumpster and start the dishwasher. Check out was extremely easy. We can't think of a single negative, and everything exceeded our expectations. This vacation ranks at the very top of our list for overall satisfaction as well as a lifetime of fond memories. Thank you Seaside Vacations for delivering all that you advertise. We would not hesitate to use your company again.

Our vacation experience was excellent from beginning to end. Dealing with Seaside Vacations was a pleasure. They made the entire rental process very easy. Staying at Gaddyshack was also a pleasure. The home is beautifully decorated and the view of the ocean from inside and outside the house cannot be beat. The easy access to the beach was also a plus. We did have issues with the hot tub, a torn shower liner, and a flickering light when we first arrived, but one call to Seaside Vacations and these issues were addressed immediately. My family will always try to book Gaddyshack when we vacation in the OBX.
