Everyone at Beach Realty was very nice. The home that we stayed in was great and we enjoyed every minute of our stay there. The location was great and we will definitely be back next year!

The house was clean and comfortable. We were close to the beach, about a 3 minute walk, and also close enough to everything that it took no time at all to go out to eat, shopping, playing or just driving. The Beach Realty people were very nice and helpful. We will definately use them again.

Great staff at office, only thing I called on a cable for VCR and was never delivered. Master bath toilet always ran. I'd rent it again for next summer.

This is the second year we stayed in the Wilson. We love everything about it. The kitchen is so well stocked that we didn't need to search for any cooking tools. The place was clean and obviously well cared for. There was plenty of space for our children to play and the walk to the beach was nice and short. We feel it is a great deal for the money and would gladly stay in it again.

This 3br/2ba was just the right size for my husband and me and our small dog to enjoy, everything was super clean and in working order, the location was great, and check in was super quick and easy!

Nice small home. Great for 1 or just a few people. Owner needs to replace furniture at bar in day room. the bar stools were broken and dangerous to sit on. The 2 chairs in the day room had unglued arms (the striped indoor/outdoor ones) that almost threw my guest over backward when he leaned back against them. With these things replaced, this will be an excellent place to stay.

Great location with a very short walk to the beach and limited ocean views from the front deck. The house is about what you'd expect for the price. Nothing special, but nothing wrong either (although the bed in the master bedroom did have some sand and dirt on it when we arrived). Neighborhood is nice, with decent space between houses and the beach was not overly crowded.

My husband said this is the type of place he would buy!!! We traveled with our 2 teenagers as well as my elderly parents. All of us enjoyed the house. It was just enough space for us and we all enjoyed our time there.

Very clean, Doors were banged up, stain on ceiling and some dents in the walls. small stain on carpet, damaged soap dish in bathroom.
But other than a few minor things beautiful house and good for a few people or small family.
Did see one bug that resembled a cockroach.
