Love the Sea Dunes Condos; our unit was very cozy, pretty, well stocked and well-maintained. I love the views of the ocean and pool from our unit and the units seem to be soundproof as well. It was such a nice, short walk to get to the oceanfront, which was great with a toddler. I will definitely recommend Sea Dunes and the Refresh Inn to anyone seeking a vacation condo rental.

The house was fine. No table to dine on deck. Good location to food and shopping.
After a few hours and a foul smell we had to clean out the garage and storage to find rotting bait. It was probably due to a quick retreat from the weather and evacuation. We also washed leftover damp and moldy smelling beach blankets. No Problem glad we could help out. -

We stayed at this property 3 years ago and the things broken back then are still broken today. There were 11 lights not working, broken deck chairs, no phone service to do the easy check out, broken blinds and the garagr door broke the week before and the owner knew about it but didnt do anything about it, etc... Come on its a 30 minute fix and maybe 200.00. Could not get in and out of the garge to take things out of the car or get to the grill. Location is great but stay somewhere else until this owner is willing to spend a little money to do some back maintenance.

My family and I love coming to the OBX. We usually visit every year and try a different townhouse at the Sea Dunes each time. The home was well equiped as usual, but we did have a bad experience with the maintainance. Our A/C went out the first night we stayed and were told that it could not be fixed until sometime the next day. It was a hot, humid night which made it uncomfortable for sleep. The owner ended up sending his own repair man. I think that the maintainance should be available for such things since people visit and expect these amenities to be right. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay as usual.

We had the feeling that the unit had not been used this year. We had to call about the AC. It was basically only running in the stairs. The repair man closed most of the stair vent to force as much air as possible upstairs but did not fix it. We always order towel and bed service and this time only received one towel per person. We would not have spent the money if that change had been told to us. In the end after complaining we got one extra per person but we were told we were not entitled. Stayed in this unit for many, many years. It is always clean but getting dated. Great location. We still love Sea Dunes and hope H5 keeps up to date just a little.

This was a great place to stay! The access to the beach and many resturants was great. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. I would recommend this to a friend, but more importantly I would rent this condo again myself!
