Very nice house, clean, pool was great. Two leaky toilets were fixed by the son of the owners. When we called Kitty Dunes about the toilet problems, the lady sounded irritated, but the son showed up and fixed the issues. He left us his phone number, so we would not have to call Kitty Dunes. The upstairs bedrooms were very cold one night, adjusted the temp the next night, and was too hot.

We had not stayed in house on the Outer Banks for the past seven years due to traveling throughout the us for our summer vacations. Well, this year we decided to head back to the beach. We loved it at Hummingbird Haven. The house was perfect for our family. The layout was just what we needed. I even told my husband I would like the plans to it. We have already booked our stay here for 2012.
