Our property is part of an old farmhouse in one of the most exclusive neighborhoods of the internationally known winter and summer mountain destination of Kitzbuehel/Tyrol/Austria. The view from the balconies is fabulous towards Hahnenkamm mountain and the Kitzbuehel valley.. The property is about 5 minutes by car to the center of Kitzbuehel with its luxury shops and restaurants, in the vicinity of the house you find Grand Tirolia Hotel and Resort with a fabulous spa and golf course and several charming mountain style restaurants. The property is furnished with precious antiques and pieces of art thus inappropriate for children and pets but ideal for one or two couples enjoying grand old European style . It is a private home equipped with beautiful artwork in one of the best alpine regions in the world. All ski slopes and two world class golf courses are within easy reach of the house within minutes by car. Hiking and walking tours in the beauty of the famous Kitzbuehel valley are possible directly from the house. Nevertheless you need to have a car to enjoy this property and the wide range of activities offered in one of the premier mountain resorts of the alps.
