Our beautiful luxury condo sleeps 8 and is a stone's throw from the beach and lagoon in Kleinmond and walking distance to the shops. It is located on the second floor with one flight of stairs. All three bedrooms are en suite which creates privacy for families traveling together. The master suite and 1 other bedroom has a california king bed with the third bedroom having 3 twin beds. One twin bed can also be moved into the master bedroom. There is also a pull-out twin bed available.The master bathroom consists of a huge bath, double sinks and separate shower. The second bathroom also have a separate bath and shower. Third bathroom has showe...r only.

The indoor and outdoor barbecue makes it an excellent destination all year round. The lounge has a wood burning fireplace which makes it very cosy in winter with the view of the swells from the windows. The kitchen has luxury amenities that allows the lady of the house to have a vacation as well. A 42" TV with DSTV(satellite TV) and pool table which can convert into a ping pong table provide indoor entertainment.

The patio with its large table, chairs and view of the ocean is wonderful for relaxing and barbecuing.

Additional Location Information

Kleinmond lies in the Overberg area which is a 120km's or 80 miles from Cape Town on South Africa's east coast. It is centrally located for day drives to Cape Town and the Western Cape Wine routes of Stellenbosch, Paarl and Wellington. For the more adventurous, shark cage diving is done in Gansbaai which is an hours drive away from Kleinmond. The Kleinmond bio-sphere is home to some of the most beautiful fynbos in the world which can be seen from the hiking trials in the surrounding mountains of Kleinmond and the botanical garden in Betty's bay.
Whales visit the Kleinmond/Hermanus coastline between July-October and the annual whale festival is held in Hermanus in August which is a 20 minute drive away.
Kleinmond has its own resident wild horses that lives in the marshes of the Botriver lagoon and can be viewed from crafted shelters close to their feeding grounds.
The Penguin colony at Betty's bay is a 15 minute drive away with the breeding nests and behavior of the penguins clearly visible from the walking trails in the sanctuary.
Kleinmond is close to the Arabella Golf Estate with a world-class golf course and wonderful spa.
Take a stroll to the harbor which is filled with quaint shops and good restaurants.
The beach and lagoon is safe for swimming with lifeguards in attendance over the high season. There is a wonderful restaurant right on the beach for beers and sun downers.
Kleinmond is truly a wonderful destination that caters to family, nature lovers and adventurers alike. A rental car is definitely recommended to enjoy all possible excursions. Kleinmond is easily reached from Cape Town International airport, taking the N2 highway.
