located in the beautful village of knowlton Le Chien Noir has 2 queen size bedrooms each with full bath; fully equpped Kitchen; dining for up to ten guests: washer dryer TV dvd etc and two more bedrooms are available adjoining. Nice big dogs welcome. English & French theatre Museum with rare WW1 Fokker fighter plane, Mill Pond, beach walking paths, all within walking distance! Knowlton is surrounded by 3 golf courses,a Marina on Lac B rome five ski hills, indoor and outdoor tennis. Lake swiming and horse farms.

We stay at Le Chien Noir whenever we go to Knowlton to visit family! It's well equipped and super confortable for my whole family (we have 3 young children!) The rooms are well laid out, clean and the location is central and quite convenient! The kids like to walk around and look at the falls and the shops. The owners have been really helpful with any questions and the kids love it! We are all looking to returning in June...

We rented Le Chien Noir cottage for the past 2 ski seasons (Dec 31- Mar 31). It is 20 mins from 3 major ski hills in the Eastern Townships and approx 40 mins from Jay Peak Resort in Vermont. Also close to all amenities like groceries, pharmacy, restaurants, pubs, retail outlets, outdoor skating rink etc...
Well equipped, super cozy and child & dog friendly! Brian and Diana (owners) are very friendly and always available if you need anything.
