This Two-story 3 bedrooms villa with Ocean View (700 sq. m.) is located on a plot of 20 acres, has an ocean view, private swimming pool (12,5 x 6,25 m), sala, terrace, three bedrooms with a suite bathrooms equipped with Jacuzzi bathtub and shower, living area, dining room with dining table, a breakfast area and a guest toilet, fitted kitchen with electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine, Maid room, parking. All rooms have panoramic windows - doors with ocean views and access to the pool area.

The villa can accommodate up to 6 adults.

One child under 4 years stays free if using existing bedding or extra bed.

One extra person older 4 years can accommodate in an extra bed in one of the bedrooms. Will be charged 30 USD per night, including breakfast on arrival.

The maximum number of extra bed on the villa is 1.

Any type of extra bed or cot is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Transfer from and to Phuket Airport by request (1 way at 2500 THB).

The damage deposit (500 USD) will be charged at arrival for incidental charges. This deposit is fully refundable after the inspection for damage upon check out.

The price includes breakfast, daily cleaning, bed linen, bath and beach towels, bathrobes and toiletries, shower, sun loungers around the pool and on the beach, satellite TV, Wi-Fi on the villa and main zone, safe in each bedroom, parking.

The elite complex "ATAMAN LUXURY VILLAS" located in Thailand on the island of Koh Kho Khao on the coast of the Andaman Sea.

This is a 1.5 hours journey from Phuket Airport.

The complex consists of 6 villas and Club house, which includes Restaurant, Bar, Fitness room, Massage room, 25-meter swimming pool with a kid's section and Jacuzzi.

At the restaurant you can order lunch and dinner. Thai and European food, seafood, seasonal fresh Thai fruits and fruit shake. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in the restaurant or in the villa.

According to your desire can be organized aqua party in the large pool in the Club House or disco near the pool or on the beach.

In the massage room or villa you can enjoy a Thai massage.

Holidays in this property are the best proposal to those, who prefers a quiet and comfortable style of holiday away from the noisy crowded beaches. These villas are ideal for families with children, groups of friends, romantic journey, celebrations (up to 30 people), as well as for nature lovers who are interested in the rich flora and fauna of Thailand.

We offer guests many trips around the neighborhood to see the island's attractions and nearby protected sites in Thailand:

- 15 minutes by boat you can visit the uninhabited coral island of Koh Pha and do snorkeling, diving or fishing.

- 1 hour journey by speedboat Tachai Island (Koh Tachai), Surin (Mu Ko Surin).

- 1 hour journey by speedboat Similan Islands.

- 30 minutes away by car National Park Khao-Lak - Lam Ru.

- 1 hour away by car National Park Khao Sok and Lake Cheow Lan.

We, the owners of Ataman Villas, are present at the place the majority of the time. If we are not there, manager, who speaks Thai, English and Russian, will be present to help guests.

We sincerely love Koh Kho Khao as it is the place, where one can find everything he needs. Fresh water, best food, clean air, seacoast are one of many gorgeous features of the place.
