UtahGreat place to stay - family friendly
Left on 01/04/2013 for a stay in December 2012
We stayed here with our 4 children (ages 20 - 9) between Christmas and New Year's. We really enjoyed it overall. There were lots of positives and a couple of negatives, but they were minor.
Negatives:
The washer and dryer are very small and took forever to run a load
Not a lot to do here at the resort, it's fairly low key. There are tours you can book from the nearby marina though. The Disney aluana hotel is next door as well.
2 of the 3 hot tubs were closed the entire week we were there
It's actually 2 1/2 baths, not 3 full baths
Bed was a little soft
No extra sheets in the unit for extra pillows or sofa bed (at least not that we saw)
Positives:
Daniel and Robin (managers) went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful
Beautiful, well maintained unit
Well stocked unit, everything you could need to actually cook meals (which we did a lot), real appliances - not "apartment style" (other than size of W/D)
A small vacuum in the unit so you can clean up the sand that inevitibly ends up on the tile floor
Spacious unit, room to spread out
Included covered parking
Nice beach, wasn't crowded
Calm waters for swimming
Nice path along the beach, great for jogging
Just FYI:
No daily maid service like a hotel (which was fine with us and we knew before booking)
Check-out was early (10 am) and they were unable to accommodate a late (noon) check-out since the next tennants were on the island already. (Not a big deal, but they really don't have the option to offer it like a large hotel might.)
We would definitely stay here again without hesitation. -

My family and I stayed at this beautiful condo for a week and really enjoyed it. The development is quite new as are the furnishings. There is a sandy beach within easy walk that is quite safe for children. The complex also has a swimming pool though it is not very deep, about 3ft, it's good for leisurely swimming and for children. The only drawback that we felt was that there wasn't a restaurant or shop on the premises. It's an easy walk to the Marriott complex next door where there are restaurants and you have to drive to get to the food shops. Daniel was very helpful and the staff at the complex were all friendly and helpful too.

Everything is here, no need to go anywhere. Great snorkelling in the lagoon, whales at sunset while at the bar. Great facilities, Bbq's and other restaurants in walking distance.
The Penthouse was everything you could want. Thank you Daniel. We all had a great time.
