What a perfect place to stay for families. Close to beach, walk to grocery store, restaurants, and ice cream. There are multiple pools to choose from and one is perfect for kids with a sandy bottom. It is so peaceful and the grounds are beautiful. The service was excellent it was one of the best condo's we have stayed in Hawaii. They have everything you could possibly need and it's a great family vacation. I would highly recommend this condo.

We wanted to do something special to celebrate our 50th anniversary, and this condo and it's location was the perfect place for us.
We found the condo and the grounds to be exactly as pictured.
The condo itself is beautifully furnished, well maintained and clean, with an abundant supply of most of your needs other than food. The grounds are quite spacious with two pools and hot tub areas, nice walking paths and beautifully landscaped.
The owners were more than willing and helpful in answering any of our questions, both before and during our stay, and when emailed were always very quick to answer. They also have a property manager who lives right on the grounds who was available to help with any needs at the condo.
We loved being so near the first of the four lagoons. It was an easy walk, or if we were taking chairs and snacks, it was a quick ride over in the golf cart that the owners supplied. We visited all four lagoons, but spent most days just enjoying the beach, water and sights at lagoon # 1.
We wanted a laid back, relaxful vacation, and spent most of our days just enjoying the wonderful weather and sunshine whether at the condo itself, one of the pools, walking the grounds and/or enjoying the lagoon areas and the beach. We chose not to do a lot of sightseeing as my husband didn't like the freeway traffic, but we did take a bus from the Disney Resort to the Waikiki area one day. Driving into Kapolei for groceries or other needs was quick and easy. -

Having never been to Oahu we were unsure as to where was the best area to spend our month-long vacation. We nailed it! Ko Olina on the southwest coast offers the best weather and we enjoyed being a bit away from the traffic and madness that is Honolulu and Waikiki. The four lagoons offer calm, beautifully clear water that is wonderful for sunbathing, snorkeling, paddle boarding, and the all-important sunset cocktail. This villa home is an easy walk to the lagoons and some wonderful new restaurants. Need something for dinner? The local grocery store/market is perfect for last minute items. Be sure to rent the golf cart. We had a blast with it and since there is a parking issue at the lagoons, you have easy access to them by taking the cart with your beach gear. The villa is beautiful yet comfortable. The Daly's have done a wonderful job in outfitting the kitchen and the higher quality linens are always a plus (although I wonder what happened to the bedskirts on the twins). We felt like we needed to tour the island, but in reality, we never wanted to leave Ko Olina. It was perfect!!

My wife and I spent the month of November in this wonderful and relaxing condo. The reason we are return customers is because it was so great last year. I really have nothing to add except that nothing has changed. The unit is spacious and well appointed. The owners have stocked everything you need including sunscreen, laundry detergent, boogie boards, snorkels and fins, beach chairs... and other items too numerous to mention. The BBQ grill on the lanai is a real plus for me as I grill just about every evening and we can dine on the patio. Check in and out is easy. The owners easy to work with and are available by a phone call; they are meticulous regarding the cleanliness and maintenance of the property. We're looking forward to a 3rd. term next year.

You will not regret spending your vacation at Katherine and Randall's Ko Olina Villa. My wife, two daughters and I had one of our most memorable Christmas holidays at their well-appointed two bedroom rental.
The villa had everything our family needed including dishes, bath towels, full kitchen, washer & dryer, three flat screen televisions and a barbecue grill on the large lanai. The unit is located in a gated community with several pools and hot tubs and is within walking distance of great shops and restaurants.
The Ko Olina beach is really beautiful, clean and is not crowded like Waikiki Beach. Every day we loaded our gear into the golf cart and spent hours on the beach swimming and enjoying the great weather. Our kids have not stopped talking about our Hawaiian vacation, and we can't wait to spend another holiday at Katherine and Randall's incredible villa!!! -

Lovely -- great community. Safe, friendly, beautifully maintained, charming. Condo was great size -- grilled fresh fish outside, walk about 25 ft to hot tub, beautiful stroll to beaches, luau, great restaurant (MoneyPod), and quaint grocery store. Rent a car and explore the island. Nice, reasonable drive from the airport. Nice decor -- very current amenities.

Beautiful, restful, super clean and well cared-for condo in the Coconut Plantation complex near KoOlina Marriott and Disney resorts. Use of the golf cart makes getting to and from the beaches very easy. The unit's lanai is relatively private and quiet. The interior is attractive and has everything you will need. The owners couldn't be more helpful!

Wow! We loved this place! My wife, two small children, and mother stayed here in December 2012 and thoroughly enjoyed it. The condo is well appointed with quality amenities, just about everything you could need and more. We were on the fence about staying in one of the beachfront condos/hotels, really glad we didn't.
We took the golf cart to the beach daily...I think the kids enjoyed the short trip to the beach about as much as the beach itself. I highly recommend the cart, but even without it the walk to the beach is not far.
The owners Katherine and Randall were great, it was a pleasure renting from them and we will be back in 2013! -

My husband has had the opportunity to work the past couple of winters on Oahu. We found this condo 2 years ago. Spent 6 months there the first year and 3 1/2 months the next year. We plan another visit for 2 months in February. He works and I relax! I am there without a car and can honestly say I don't need one. I walk for exercise every morning. I feel very safe here. I walk to the beaches daily and the pools and spa are right in the area. Lots of room to sunbathe! There's a market very close to the condo for any forgotten items...even lunch if you don't feel like cooking! Great restaurants as well. You really don't need to go anywhere else!When I first stepped into this condo, I was blown away. Not what I had expected. The furnishings in this condo are like what you would see in a high end penthouse! The kitchen is well equipped, the bedrooms are beautifully done with luxurious bedding, bathrooms are spacious. I love the lanai with its furniture and barbeque. We spend a lot of time out there! We really enjoy this condo and area. We love the leeward side, especially during the winter. This side of the island gets more of the sunshine! Dee

The villa is gorgeous, the location perfect. It's a ten minute walk to the beach which to us was a plus. It was quieter than the resorts and in a grassy, palm tree laden environment. Every detail in the apartment is first class. We Bbq'd constantly (including cooked breakfasts) and ate every meal on the lanai for eleven days. We are now working on how to spend a month at a time in this beautiful part of the world! Thank you Randall and Katherine for an amazing vacation. It is extremely satisfying to stay somewhere knowing that every tiny detail is in place with great care.

Very clean, tastefully decorated ground floor villa with patio. Excellent space for our 5 person family. My family enjoyed the pool at the Coconut Plantation and we loved how secure it was! Katherine and Randall were great to deal with, we received all documents well ahead of time and we were greeted with a lovely treat basket when we arrived. These villas are an ideal location in Ko Olina! Easy walk (or quick golf cart drive) to the lagoons (which were fabulous for younger kids to swim and snorkel - not to mention the sea turtles, amazing!) Easy drive (don't do rush hour!) to surrounding towns, Pearl Harbour and Wet 'n Wild Waterpark (which was fun!) We would definately recommend this location!

We had the pleasure of staying in your condominium during
November 2011 and would definitely recommend it. The furnishings were well appointed and comfortable which made
it a pleasure to stay in for an extended time. The coffee
on the patio with the trade winds every morning typified
this wonderful place, which made it feel like home even
though we were a long distance away. Also the close proximity to the ocean allowed us to frequently enjoy the
beach lagoons where the water was warm and inviting.
Several quality restaurants nearby allowed us to enjoy
excellent dining experiences. In summary we had a wonderful
relaxing vacation and would definitely recommend it to
everyone as a beautiful sanctuary in a picture perfect
setting to be remembered forever.

My wife and I had the opportunity for an extended stay on the isle of Oahu. Initially, our first choice of location was the windward side, our second choice was Hawaii Kai, and Ko Olina was our third choice.
We were not impressed with the windward properties, Hawaii Kai was too congested traffic wise. Our search was over within minutes of viewing this gated Ko Olina Coconut Planatation property.
Everything we desired was there. Quiet, beaches, pools/spas, sunsets, easy freeway access were of importance. This location exceeded all those expectations.
This ground floor Ginger unit was clean upon our arrival and very well furnished. The unit is within easy walking distance of Lagoon 1 on the ocean, several restaurants within Ko Olina, two swimming pools and has a hidden spa within 50 feet.
My wife and I have never been bird watchers or listener, but the music from the songbirds off the lanai of this unit was truly relaxing.
My wife is particular about her cookware, so she sent her own to Hawaii for out 6 month trek. Once there, her cookware never left the box it was shipped in. Upon our return to the mainland, my wife promptly bought the same sheets as the bedding of this unit, and also bought the cookware. (Hers went to Goodwill).
Did I mention the 3 HD flatscreens? Or the Blue-Ray player? Free internet. Ko Olina Beach Club access? It's all there.
The leeward side of the isle is typically warmer and sunnier than the remainder of Oahu, so keep that in mind of you are looking at those fall or winter months.
Major shopping centers are within a 10 minute drive. Costco, Target, Safeway, Longs Drugs are all located in Kapolei.
Restaurants within Ko Olina? Try Roy's or Chucks Steakhouse. My personal favorite was the poolside bar at the Marriott Hotel at Lagoon 1. We met so many nice people while enjoying that Mai Tai with a burger or salad overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
Waikiki? A must visit once or twice, but too much hustle and bustle for us. -

My wife and I just completed a stay of one month at this property. We've rented many Vrbo properties but this was by far the best ever. The accommodations were first class. The condo was decorated very tastefully. No wear and tear on the furniture. The owner ensured everything we needed was in place even down to beach mats and boogie boards. Since I'm the cook, I inspected the kitchen first and it was impressive with quality cookwear and cutlery. All appliances worked. The TVs were HD. The lanai was wonderful as we had all our dinners there. The bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable. The owner was helpful in every way possible. He was responsive to our only request which was for an extra key. Each morning we walked over to the lagoons and snorkled with the sea turtles for a few minutes as it is only about 10 minutes to the beach. My only complaint is that we had to leave but we have reserved it again for next year.
