In this house you get to live directly be...low the vineyards on the southern slope of Ramsthal. The bright, newly renovated two-room apartment with separate entrance is decorated in a Mediterranean atmosphere and has a spacious kitchen with two seats, a dining area in living room, a romantic bedroom, a modern shower room, and a spacious entrance area.

Because of the hillside, the home partially built into the mountain and therefore remains cool in summer. In winter the wood burning stove adds to the comfort.

The southeast-facing terrace has a table with four chairs and entwined grapevines on the railing. There between lushly potted plants, you can enjoy an excellent breakfast. In the evening you can watch the moon while tasting a glass of wine to the music of nightingales. Each season brings forth its own beauty, wild roses in front of the bedroom windows in summer and fiery autumn colored forests—Ramsthal keeps you very close to Nature.

Living Room:

The living room feature high-quality furniture and a well-stocked library. A television and a fast Internet connection are available. The east window and two large south-facing windows provide plenty of sunlight at the dining table in the morning. An old pine cabinet adds to the tasteful ambience. The sofa can be transformed in a few steps in a comfortable bed. Two armchairs are around a coffee table. The room is spacious enough for relaxation, having a stimulating conversation, or reading a book quietly.

Kitchen:

The fully supplied kitchen has additional seating two people. Fresh herbs are also provided according to the season.

Master Bedroom:

Do you enjoy reading particular books? Then you've come at the right place. Place a request and the book of your choice will wait for you on the bedside table. The master room has queen size bed, a large closet, and provided with bright reading lamps. Wild roses grow in front of the window looking west. Bed sheets are provided at no additional charge.

Bathroom:

The large bathroom has Mediterranean tiles. Washcloths and towels are provided at no additional cost.

Pricing and Other Information:

You pet can stay for € 5.00. Children up to six years old stay for free. Please note however that if you bring a pet, the final cleaning price will be € 40.00. Bedding and towels are included.
