Only 200 metres from Klong Khong Beach, a 3 minute walk will have you enjoying the waters of the Andaman Sea and sipping cocktails at various beach bars. A number of mini-marts (including a 7-11) are located within a 5 minute walk. A walk up the main road will lead you to top-rated restaurants, such as Neng and El Greco. Taxi service is easy to obtain, but to truly experience the island, it is recommend to have your own transportation.

Our family ( 3 kids aged 8 , 11 and 12) had a fantastic week in this villa in early Feb 2013. It is even nicer in real life than the pictures! Very well equipped , nice and secluded yet close to beach, bars, cafes...etc. We all loved the pool!
If you don't hire bikes/car then you can easily walk up the lane and hail a tuk-tuk or taxi car. We usually paid about 200 THB to get all of us a taxi to Saladen. This villa was a great base on a gorgeous island. We ate and even got take aways from a basic looking cafe opposite the 7/11 up the road ( next door to a ighting shop..can't remember name!) ...Yummmy Stir fried Pork, Garlic and Pepper! Family really enjoyed the 3 islands trip and the monkey mangrove kayaking! Thanks Nick for all your help and for arranging transfers. Congrats to Kevin and Lisa for having such a beautiful and comfortable villa! -

My husband,young daughter teengage son and I stayed here for 5 nights in early Feb. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to have a lovely relaxing stay in Koh Lanta. Its very private, pool is wonderful (and was well used) and kitchen was well equiped. We will stay here again next time we visit Lanta. Private taxi transfers were also organised for us which was great. Highly recomned this house for anyone travelling with kids and looking for some quiet, peaceful holiday time on Lanta.

Great modern house with all neccesary amentaties! Just as nice as the pictures show. Very good service from Villamanager, Nick, who fixed babyequippment (we travelled with 10months girl), carrental, transports, etc, etc.
The location was private and tropic. A bit further to the beach with babystroller, but still less than 5 minutes.
The tips on the owners blogg are very good. Especially Nengs restaurant. Cheap, good and charming chef (Neng).
We will also recommend a 30 minute longtailtrip out to Bubu Island (departure from Old town).

We were fortunate enough to stay in this well priced, beautifully designed and newly built pool villa during the last week of September 2012.
Our family of 2 adults and 3 teenage kids spent the week lazing by the pool, cooking delicious thai inspired dishes, chilling out in the lounge watching movies together and cruising around this fantastic island on our scooters.
We would like to say a big thanks to the owners of this divine villa for all their help in making our stay so great. The ease of booking, and their attention to detail, ensured our stay was as relaxing and as peaceful as we ever could have hoped. Make sure you take advantage of booking private transfers through the villa's manager and enjoy all the local recommendations.
Looking forward to returning to this truly wonderful, family inspired holiday villa full of light and happiness.
