Location! Location! Location! The villa has it all. It is centrally located but away from noisy Chaweng area. It is within 10 mins ride to major restaurants, night clubs etc. It's a great location to unwind, sun, entertain and refresh yourself with all of Thailand's amazing culture. Chaweng, the tourist hotspot in Samui, is just five minutes away south by car, while the beautifully designed boutique Samui International Airport is 10 minutes away (the resort is very quiet, you don't hear noises from the plane taking off and landing at all.)There are daily non stop flights from Hong Kong, Singapore and Bangkok to Samui. Flying time between Bangkok-Samui and Singapore - Samui is about 90 minutes, Hong Kong - Samui route takes less than 3 hours.

What a fabulous villa. From the moment we arrived, Emma, was absolutely splendid. She picked us up at the airport, drove us 5-10min to the villa and immediately started helping us settle in. The housekeepers had made sure that we had a few essentials, juice, milk, bread, fruit, etc. This villa is perfect for two families. We were two families (4 adults + 4 kids-ages ranged from 8-12). Loved the idea of having the kitchen and living room together but in their own air conditioned room. All bedrooms had bathrooms and the layout made the place perfect for everyone to have their own space. The kids used the pool every morning and evening. The food that the housekeepers was inexpensive and absolutely amazing. Ask Emma to make the pasta for the kids. Our children could have lived on it the entire trip. The location of the villa is also great but I would recommend a car. Emma helped us get a car rented and at the best price. The car allowed us to come and go as we pleased. Chaweng Beach was literally up the road (maybe 10min) from the villa. All the excursion we wanted to do, Emma helped us book.
Would recommend this to all friends and family. The 11 days we were there were absolute bliss!! -

A first rate villa, well equipped and with a helpful manager. The separation of bedrooms makes for a comfortable stay with a larger group. The beach is very private and the combination of sand and rocks makes for beautiful scenery. The only drawback is that the beach is quite exposed. During our stay, wind and waves precluded snorkeling or long stays on the beach, but it's hard to fault anyone for that. The owner and her local manager really made every effort to make our stay comfortable.

We stayed in Karma Villa 32 for a whole week during august. This is the one of the best places we have experienced.
The villa locates in a quite beach and right faces to the blue quite sea. All the rooms are decorated beautifully and kitchen is well equipped. Sine we have two kids(4 and 1.5 years old), we used the villa's chef service at most nights. They cooked delicious Thai food for us and we had our dinner outside together with the sea and sunset.
Villa is a part of the resort but we didn't use the resort service so much, simply because the villa has already had everything we need. Sometimes we took kids to the kid's pool in the resort but most time, we just stayed in our private pool.
The villa is very close to airport and about 15 mins drive to shopping center. We hired a car since it offers great convenient for us.
The best thing is the owner stored many toys and useful equipments for us. We could dig out some toys for kids to play and wore them out easily. We borrowed the snorkeling stuff to explore the sea in front of us. That was a really great experience.
Karma villa 32 is a very beautiful place, we would like to come back soon.

My husband and i spent our 5th wedding anniversary weekend there with our 2 young children, my in-laws and some very close friends. We stayed in Villa 32 & 33.
The owner was very very helpful in providing all the relevant info, organized airport transfers and gave us suggestions of some wonderful restaurants.
We were not impressed with the food at the resort itself, but considering its super convenient location, it was easy to just dine out.

We had a fabulous holiday. We are a family with 3 yourng children, and mother-in-law also came with us. We can't fault the villa at all!! Lovely decor, comfy sheets / beds, well equipped kitchen, loads of space, stunning location.
Not really any complaints about the service either...if I had to moan about anything, it would probably be that the resort's spa is not open a bit later in the evening. -

The location is special but there needed to be better co-ordination of services. Staff are great (especially amy at kids club), facilities top class but given how quite it was it seemed that we always calling having to ask for 'standard things. Also doing turn down at 7pm was a little strange.

Regarding the hot water breakdown, I was notified by front desk immediately, but was told the parts had to be ordered from Singapore which will take 10 days. I am happy to know the staff finally got a solution to fix the problem, and I understand how frustrating to have to shower in other bedrooms!!! Please accept our sincere apology and we will work harder in the future to quickly solve emergency problems.

The beachfront villa was so beautiful and well-maintained and both adults and kids had a blast. The living room is spacious and comes with a full kitchen with oven and coffee maker and a full size frig - perfect for family vacations with helpers. Every room has beachfront view and we loved the privacy of private pool. Kids loved doing arts and crafts at the Kid's club. Being able to sit by the beach and read a book under blue sky was heavenly.

Our family of two adults, a seven-year-old and a three-year-old stayed here over Christmas 2008. We have not stayed at a better beach location ever. The open villa layout right on the beach is perfect for parents and kids. It's easy to pop back and forth from playing on the beach to lunch or dinner or a plunge in the private pool. As Karma is a relatively small development that is isolated from others, the beach is very private. It feels like you are far away. But if you want, you can choose from the typically Thai aray of great restaurants or visit other beaches, etc. within minutes by taxi (and if the Karma restaurant and beach are not enough). We had a wonderful Christmas dinner in the villa catered by the Karma restaurant - a perfect combination of good food and privacy. We can't wait to go back.

Service was class 1, with attentive staff watching over your needs. Great for family with kids. The kids club offers daily activities to keep them busy while you could pamper yourself with some quiet time. Our boy was extremely fond of the Buggie ride to and from the front reception area.
Our villa is nicely situated with access to beach, stunning view!!! The resort restaurant food selection and quality are very good. The design of the villa took our breath away, and the room were spectacularly situated. The small day bed on the veranda, overlooking the ocean was our most favorite spot. Our Baby girl napped there more than once.

Our stay at Karma Samui was perfect. The villa is right on the water, with a lush garden separating the bedroom from the ocean. This etting is what truly separated the villa from others (even those in the same complex). While the main pool is beautiful, we never felt the need to use it - since the villa pool was large enough by a mile. Having the living room in its own bungalow (steps from the bedroom) was also very convenient, since it allowed folks to sleep in if they wanted. While the restaurant in the resort had great food, Karma is a 5 minuts away from the restaurants/nightlife in Chaweng. Golf and other activities were also 15 minutes away. Cant be beat!!

The Karma villa we were lucky enough to enjoy last year was incredible. This was the venue for our wedding and we had the most amazing time. The four bedroom villa could sleep our family with the outlook over a private pool, then a well kept lawn sweeping into open ocean - stunning.
The service of the Karma staff could not be faulted. They were available 24 hours a day to help with anything we needed. The restaurant food is 5 Star and with the waiters paying attention to your needs it's the perfect place for a meal while on holiday.
My husband and I have no complaints... well maybe just one, our time staying at this villa was far too short! We both could have easily spent a month waking up to that picture perfect view... -

An excellent property and simply stunning location. Large enough and quite comfy for extended family with views to die for. I appreciated the proximity to the airport as it maximized 'relax' time...a quick door to door getaway from Bangkok is just a few hours. Cocktails at sundown on the day bed is my highlight, and of course cocktails under the full moon.

We stayed at Karma Samui villa 32 in the summer of 2009. The weather was
not as hot as thought. The villa is gorgeous. The layout is perfect, with all
rooms have breathtaking ocean views. We had two little boys and one
teenager, so the fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer room are very
convenient.
The villa is part of a five star resort, so very safe and convenient. Our kids play
in the private pool and kids pool every day. The kids club has lots of arts and
crafts to keep the little ones busy.
The location is also fantastic. Just a few mins from the airport, and 10 mins to
Chaweng, the tourist spot. The whole resort is very quiet. We are for sure
going back! Love the foods in Samui, yummy and cheap!!! We all gained
weight! -

Villa 32 is the perfect villa for a relaxing family holiday. It has a very well-equipped kitchen, ample garden, decent size private pool & the beach right at the doorstep. Amazing ocean view! Service & facilities by Karma is great. I would rate our stay better than any 5* hotel!
