This fabulous villa occupies a lofty position on a steep coastal vantage point with spectacular views of Koh Samui's rugged coastline and the Gulf of Thailand beyond.

This is just one of 36 individual privately owned pool villas in the five star Karma Resort, a luxury villa resort and a member of "The Leading Small Hotels of the World". Set in a cove on a steep coastal bluff the villas are built on a series of elegant terraces characterized by manicured grass and meandering pathways fringed with tropical flora, which descend all t...he way to the soft sandy beach and the waters edge.

The villa is a fusion of contemporary and traditional Thai architecture and interior design with rich Thai silks and handcrafted artworks. This beautiful villa consists of two double storey pavilions. In one, an open plan living area with a fully fitted and equipped Western kitchen, formal dining and lounge areas. Double sliding glass doors open onto the stone terrace with an infinity edge swimming pool and feature pool bar. The pool area is equipped with high quality teak furnishings including a day bed, cushioned sun loungers and parasols.

The sumptuous deep red sofa in the lounge area invites you to relax in comfort, enjoying the views across the bay, or watching a favourite film on the wide-screen television. The open plan living space includes a sleek contemporary kitchen with a handy breakfast bar, and dining for eight, in a luxuriously furnished space highlighted by polished hardwood floors and beautiful Thai artworks.

The spacious master bedroom suite is located above the main living area and accessed by an elegantly crafted sandstone stairway. The room is dominated by a majestic four-poster and includes a walk-in wardrobe and a private furnished balcony. The generous en suite bathroom is equipped with an enormous deep-set bathtub and twin basins.

The second pavilion contains three bedroom suites, two double and a twin. The upper floor bedroom has a double bed, an en suite bathroom and a private balcony with the same stunning ocean views. At pool level are two further bedroom suites, a double featuring both an indoor en suite bathroom and tropical outside shower, and a twin with an en suite bathroom. Both have direct access to the pool terrace.
