This beautiful interior designed 3/4 bedroom luxury villa has a private swimming pool and separate Jacuzzi pool.

The house is set in tropical landscaped gardens and located in a tranquil beachside village community.

Beach Village House provides a luxury holiday home for those who are seeking peace and security set beside an unspoilt beach on Koh Samui's quiet south east coast.

This single storey property is deceptively roomy as once inside there is a feeling of spaciousn...ess and total luxury. The interior decoration is the last word in cool contemporary design.

Accommodation

The accommodation provides a living room furnished with top quality furniture and soft furnishings including a corner sofa suite, occasional tables and coffee table adorned with Thai handicrafts. The room is complimented with Thai art wall hangings, mirrors and indoor potted plants. Patio doors open out to the pool and garden. An attractive wood slat surround feature separates the living area from the kitchen.

The split level kitchen/dining area is furnished with a 6 seater dining room table and chairs, a step down leads to the state of the art fully equipped kitchen where everything you need for preparing that special meal is provided including, oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher.

The master bedroom is accessed from the living area. The room has a double bed and ample fitted wardrobe and drawer space. The interior is beautifully decorated with soft furnishings, wall hangings and indoor potted plants. The sumptuous bathroom with a bath and separate shower cubicle has a feature wall sculpture and attractive hanging light fittings.

A corridor from the living area leads to two further luxuriously furnished double bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms. The bedroom to the rear of the villa has a door leading on to a secondary garden providing a cool shady relaxing area.

The third bedroom also has a private garden terrace. A guest bathroom off the living area completes the accommodation.

A fourth room sits near the entrance to Beach Village House and is a private wing unto itself. A sizeable room with a convertible sofa/bed as stylish en-suite makes this a great 4th bedroom when required for those extra guests!

Both the living area and master bedroom have views over the garden and swimming pool and patio doors lead out to the south facing wooden sundeck furnished with quality teak patio tables, chairs and sun loungers.

In the corner of the garden, separate from the pool and surrounded by tropical plants, is a private Jacuzzi pool which makes an ideal spot for relaxing while sipping an evening cocktail.

The villa is fully air conditioned as well as being fitted with ceiling fans and mosquito screen doors to add to your comfort and relaxation. Satellite TV, DVD player and a compact sound system and free Wi Fi throughout are provided for guest's entertainment.

There is also a full-time villa manageress who can help ensure you have a perfect holiday. An integral part of the fully serviced accommodation, Fiona, supported by three members of staff, takes care of the rooms, gardens and pools. She can also arrange for you to have an in-house chef should you wish, or provide food or wine/drinks and organise tours, activities or taxis. There is also the villa car available for rent. We can even arrange for you to have a massage and beauty treatments in your own sala or in our Spa & Treatment Center in The Clubhouse.
