This delightful garden villa for six people is in an exclusive residential community and has partial views of the seas of Choeng Mon beach, which is just a short walk away. Local facilities such as shops, restaurants, ATM machines and Internet cafes are within easy reach. It is a 10 minute drive to the airport, and 30 minutes to the Santiburi golf course. The quaint "Fisherman's Village" at Bophut and the main tourist centre of Chaweng, with its numerous restaurants, shops and lively entertainment are also just a few minutes drive.

All th...e rooms of this holiday villa are fully air conditioned and also have ceiling fans for that tropical appeal. The L-shaped villa is designed so that each bedroom as well as the living area opens out onto the terrace, the gardens and the swimming pool. The garden sala also has a ceiling fan to offer complete comfort for your outdoor dining. The large pool at the heart of the villa is 60 sqm, and there are cushioned sun loungers on the surrounding terrace on which to relax. Furnished stylishly throughout with quality fittings and equipment, the villa offers you and your family or friends a secure and private holiday location.

The living/dining area has ample comfortable sofas and chairs, and a dining table for up to six guests. The kitchen is equipped with western style fittings, and the sitting area offers you a large flat screen satellite LCD TV/DVD with surround sound for your entertainment. Complimentary WiFi Internet is also provided in this property for guests' use. There is a guest washroom/laundry room off the living area.

Each of the three en suite bedrooms is spacious and has quality furnishings and built-in wardrobes. The Master suite has a double bed and the bathroom has a bathtub with Jacuzzi, twin wash basins and a shower, while the other two en suites have showers. In the other bedrooms there is a choice of either a double bed or twin beds.
