Island View Villa is a luxury, 3 story villa located in Viewpoint Hills, Chaweng Noi, on the most desirable hillside on the island. Facing east towards the Gulf, the location stays cool with fresh sea breezes and boasts the most stunning, panoramic ocean and mountain views.

When you arrive, our complimentary, private car will be waiting for you at the airport and bring you directly to the villa. You will be greeted by the owner or an Island View Villa representative.

With gated, private road access, Island View Villa is exclusive, quiet, and very private. It'...s the perfect place to relax and enjoy your holiday. The view is truly amazing!

Island View Villa has 3 bedrooms. The top floor master bedroom en-suite, with a stunning wood vaulted ceiling and sliding doors leading out onto a large private sundeck and sun loungers. Two poolside bedrooms, one en-suite. On the second floor is the soft open-plan lounge/living room, dining room and kitchen area, spacious terrace and balcony, which surrounds the property with extensive and UN-obstructed sea views. The European Style kitchen is fully equipped, and there is also a free delivery menu with a large variety of Thai and Western food choices.

The entire villa has the best, “Premier” internet service available, free, wireless and accessible from anywhere throughout the villa.

A mobile phone will also be provided for the duration of your stay. Digital safe, security cameras and emergency lights are fitted for your comfort and peace of mind. A perimeter wall surrounds the grounds for your privacy and relaxation.

Beaches, shopping centers and great restaurants are only minutes away. Fisherman's Village, Chaweng Beach, Tesco's, Big C, Lamai Beach are all within a 15 minute drive from the villa. It is the perfect location.

A welcome pack, island maps, tours/sightseeing info and amenities are provided upon arrival.

If you decide you may need to rent a car or scooters during your stay, all arrangements can be made upon arrival.

Chaweng Noi is situated somewhat in the south east part of the island. It is the most desired area on the island.

Tropical islands lined with coconut palms and with white sandy beaches, Samui is connected several times a day by boats and planes. It is part of Suratthani's province.
Within two decades, Samui became a choice destination in Asia. Today, with its guests, Samui built up itself a robust reputation of small tropical paradise.

  I stayed here with my wife and her kids recently. This is an outstanding property in a beautiful location, ideal for a family holiday on a tropical island. The pool is just one of the features in a really well designed house. Set on three levels the master bedroom upstairs is separated from the other bedrooms by a huge middle floor living area which is so relaxed and comfortable you'll never want to leave. The villa is perched up in the hills amongst the coconut palms well above the 'mosquito line' and offers spectacular views north east over Chaweng Beach and to the south as well. The living area provides a fully equipped kitchen, huge modular lounge and dining table and electronic facilities like wifi, cable tv etc. The house is also tastefully decorated with artefacts, wall hangings, paintings, porcelain and sculpture. Each level has a spacious balcony/landing that runs right around the perimeter of the house where you can take advantage of the glorious sea breeze that blows gently night and day. Apart from the ease of living here, the owner is a laid back kind of guy who went out of his way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Without being intrusive, he took care of the few minor hassles we encountered. The photos on the website are just a taste of the real thing. This is one of the best holiday facilities I've ever stayed at anywhere in the world. I can recommend this house for the perfect island holiday.
