Description
The ideal place for all nature lovers or the perfect honeymoon house with lots of privacy and a stunning view! Ko Yao Sunrise Villa is generously designed in a contemporary style, inspired by traditional elements and tastefully decorated with Thai furniture and art. The open tropical architecture with cement structure, local woods , bamboo and thatched roofs favouring natural circulation of air is very comfortable to stay during day + night!
The estate is ideal for 2 - 6 persons and consists of 2 two-storybuildings:
- Main villa with sea-veiw:
On the ground floor an open living room, dining room with open kitchen and separae storage room.
On first floor a large bedroom (35m2) with walk-in-closet and spacious (half open) bathroom as well as big terrace/ sundeck
- Guest-villa with garden view:
on ground floor media-room with sliding windows and aircon.
Daybed and couch/bed, bathroom with in- and outdoor-shower.
On first floor spacious bedroom ( 32m) with small veranda with sea dn gardenview.
Location:
Sunrise villa is located on Ko Yao Noi east side.
Nestled into the hillside in an natural garden, surrounded by luscious green and overlooking the open sea and famous limestone formation of Phang Na.
Public sandy beaches can be reached within walking distance in 5 - 10 min.
Shopping facilities, restaurants and little bars are in vicinity.
The main village and the pier for Phuket or Krabi can be reached within 15 - 20 min by taxi or motorbike.
Tour operator for excursions, diving, boat and/or motorbike rental in vicinity.
Thai massages, yoga or cooking lessons can be organised by the local management.
