Beautiful home

Overall the home was great and people were great to work with. Unfortunately our first impression was downgraded when we learned that one of the beds was actually a murphy bed and one appeared to be a full not queen as advertised. The cleaners said that it was a queen but the sheet set was labled as Full. We were a group of 4 couples so of course there was a quality difference between where each slept. Had this been mentioned in the online description and we had a heads up it would have been better. Felt like we were a bit deceived by that. We really enjoyed the view and all the amenities of the home. Audrey did a nice job stocking the home for us and checking in with us. She even was kind enough to bring us a couple extra chaise lounge chairs as there were only three and I was assured there would be at least 4. She is an asset. - Sheryl O., Washington, USA

Retreat to Serenity

Our stay at Kohala Ke Kai was wonderful. The house was beautifully maintained; the view from the house and the pool was amazing! Audrey, our on-site manager was very helpful, too. There is no noise, traffic and commotion around the house and the house is folded in serenity and peace. Every night, as we looked up to the sky, we saw billions of stars shining in the sky like diamonds scattered on black garment. Peace, serenity, and beauty and wonder of nature best describes this beautiful home. - Toshiko T., , Japan

Beautiful experience

The villa was just as it appears on the website pictures. The home was very clean and perfect for my family. The description should have included that the amenities where further away than expected and is in a free animal range area. This leads to many animal noises at all times of the day and night. Also the air conditioning was not turned on and locked from guests to turn on. The support staff was very helpful and accommodating. - Jenifer O., ,

The Perfect Villa

Kohala Ke Kai is truly a luxury villa overlooking the Pacific Ocean on Big Island, HI. The property is in diamond condition and has all of the amenities expected in a villa. When we arrived at Kohala Ke Kai were were met by Audry the property manager, a delightful person, who gave us an introduction the house and the area, including tips on resyurants, shopping and site seeing. The refrigerator and pantry were fully stocked as requested so we did not have togo out the first night and relaxed pool side. I highly recommend this villa to anyone planning a stay on the Big Island. - Art B., New York, USA
