Situated on the top level of building 4, with 2600 square feet of space and two large decks overlooking the ocean and the mountains, this penthouse suite is unique at the resort. Granite kitchen and baths, full steam shower and spa bath in the master bath, king bed in the master, two queens in the second bedroom, a fully equipped office area complete with computer, printer and fax, elegant dining area and a well-stocked kitchen.

This penthouse condo is large and comfortable. It has all the amenities you would want and need including a great stereo and 2 flat screens, WiFi, a beautiful wrap around deck with BBQ and great view of the ocean.
The master bedroom has a fabulous bathroom/bathtub
suitable for romance! Excellent kitchen fully equipped. The private elevator really makes it feel like you have gotten away from it all. The staff at the resort are the best. The price is a little high, but well worth the pampering yourself. The decor is contemporary and well designed. You'll love it.

From the moment you arrive at Poipu Kapili Ocean View Resorts it feels like you are in paradise! We had the pleasure to spend 10 days in Unit 27 that is wonderfully decorated, & has all the amenities you could possibly need during your stay. The view is amazing from the 3rd story ocean front deck and it has nice patio furniture to relax and dine on. There is also a BBQ to use for grilling. The pool & grounds are great & so enjoyable, very quiet and well maintained that we did not want to leave the property! The staff in the office is the best!! They do such a great job in taking care of your needs while you are at the resort. Everyone is so pleasant, friendly that you feel like a very special guest. We had such an amazing vacation that we are already booked for 2012 to be back in paradise!!

Great complex, fantastic views, wonderful pool, very clean condo with absolutely every amenity possible, from kitchen to bedrooms, to outside balconies. Only major problem was no air conditioning. It was extremely uncomfortable to sleep, evenings were too hot to be in condo. Otherwise a wonderful stay.

The condo was lovely, the front office staff were pleasant and our kids enjoyed the pool and tennis courts. But we would never have rented this unit if we'd realized it didn't have air conditioning. We were very uncomfortable late in the day and it was hot on many nights when we were trying to sleep. I gave up on wearing makeup or blow-drying my hair because I felt so perpetually hot and sticky. Maybe the lower-level condos stay cooler, but the heat rises up to this "penthouse" level in the afternoon and the unit does not face in a direction that catches the trade winds. I will not recommend this place to others because the lack of aC really ruined the stay for us. It was especially frustrating because it appeared that the condo has an aC unit on the deck, but for whatever reason, we renters were prohibited from using it. We would have gladly paid extra for that, it really added insult to injury.

Upon arriving we checked in via the lockbox and discovered that we had been upgraded to the Penthouse. It certainly exceeded our expectations. Everything was beautifully decorated and the kitchen was well stocked. Although we had access to wifi down by the pool we wish we had access to wifi in the condo even though we did have access to their computer and printer. The bedrooms were wonderful and the beds very comfortable. The master bath was amazing with a view of the ocean. A smallsuggestion would be to put some local bath salts to use in that huge tub. The staff was just wonderful with that great aloha philosophy. They were so professional and very helpful. Mahalo!

We really enjoyed Unit 27; it's beautiful and very well appointed. It has all the kitchen and household items we needed to make our stay comfortable.
We have stayed at Poipu Kapil 6 times or so and will continue to do so. We appreciated the rates being discounted a bit, which made it more affordable for us to be able to use the Penthouse suite. The return guest discount is also much appreciated.
Front office staff is very friendly and helpful.
