Enjoy spectacular views from sunrise to sunset from the lanai of this beachside condo. This condo overlooks one of the best snorkeling and surfing beaches on Kauai, making it a favorite vacation spot for everyone. There are three pools, complimentary tennis courts, and miniature golf. There is also a fitness center, 3 spas, various barbeques, and the beach is just a few steps away. The kitchen is fully equipped so you don't have to eat out for every meal. The famous Beach House Restaurant is walking distance.

This Lawai Beach condo is 15 minutes from Lihue airport. It is a 5 minute drive to Poipu Beach, and a 5 minute drive to Koloa town.
We have on site parking with 24 hour security.
All maintenance issues are reported to the front desk at Lawai Beach Resort 808 240-5100.

The location is amazing. . .waking up and having breakfast on the lanai watching the surfers and then hearing the crash of the waves at night lull you to sleep. Love it!!! The Condo is clean and decorated so nice.

My husband and I stayed in this vacation spot on our last trip to Kauai. It's a perfect location! Close to the best snorkeling beach, quiet, walking distance to the spouting horn and botanical gardens. In the afternoon we watch the surfers off of the Beach House restaurant and the turtles feeding on the rocks. Close to Old Kaloa town and restaurants in Poipu. I'll never stay anywhere else if I return to Kauai. The accommodations were clean, beautiful view, and nice decor. I highly recommend this condo for your stay in Kauai.

We have traveled many places but we keep returning to this condo on Kauai. The view doesn't get any better than this with great sunsets, watching the surfers and snorkelers. The condo itself is very clean, well-equipped and has a newly remodeled bathroom. It is close to great restaurants, golf courses and of course, right at the beach. It is a paradise you will not want to leave. We highly recommend it for a truly wonderful experience.

it was our first time in Kauai and had no idea of just how wonderful it could be. the rental was perfect and had great amenities and was perfectly located on the island. we had a great time and would recommend to anyone thinking they may want to spend some relaxing time on Kauai.

My boyfriend and I had such a romantic time in this wonderful condo. The view is breathtaking and the sunsets are amazing. The condo had everything we needed and the bed was very comfy. We stayed a week and enjoyed snorkeling, hiking, Swiming, long walks and great dining nearby.
I loved this place so much, I came back the next year with some girlfriends. I can't wait to come again!

Lovely condominium complex! The location is perfect...snorkeling just across the street, nice walk to the Sprouting Horn and great pools to come back to for a refreshing swim. If so desired, The Beach House restaurant is also just across the street, but the views are so beautiful from the condominium patio, you can mix your own cocktails and cook/BBQ dinner at "home!"
Loved it.. my husband and I have stayed in many condos/hotels on the Hawaiian Islands throughout the years so this is saying alot!!!
P.S. There is no convenience like a washer and dryer in your own unit when staying in Hawaii..great amenity.:)

Stayed with 2 other friends, and the condo was very spacious. Full kitchen with shopping close by. The amenites were first class. The place is literally steps to the ocean and the views are spectacular. Best snorkling ever. I would live there if I could! I absolutely recommend this condo. It's romantic, close to excellent restaurants, lots to do. Beaches are the most beautiful I've ever seen. Even saw whales and sea lions! And Julie is a doll to work with.
