a broken shower head in one of the bathrooms and the microwave didn't work but management was willing to fix both as soon as it was reported

Unit was extremely clean and well laid out. Excellent view of Ocean and pool area. Staff were very friendly and informed. Did not need air conditioning as breeze that came in bedroom door and out lanai door was more than adequate to cool unit, even on hottest day. Will definitely return to this unit

We have stayed at the Poipu Kapili over a dozen times in the last 20 years. Condo 50 was great with a good view and comforatble accomodations. Fantastic place to have a totaly relaxing stay on a beautiful island.

All the comforts of home in a beautiful setting. The balcony was the focus of many a peaceful afternoon and evening. We would have liked more restaurants within walking distance since the Sheraton was not particularly enjoyable. The relaxing atmosphere of the condo complex makes one lazy about jumping in the car for meals. Next time, we would avail ourselves of the BBQ facilities on the grounds.

Perfet as always. Extra help getting connected to the intranet, then the complete ability to let work go. This unit has an odd smell that went away after a few days.It's not my favorite but it was great.
