I loved my stay in this location.
It was clean and well maintained. It was on the first floor and allowed me to walk right out of my living room into the open/common park. The location allowed for the windows to catch the breeze and to ensure the unit remained cool.
It never hurts to have the complimentary bottle of wine sitting in the fridge to make me feel welcome.
I would definitely stay here again. -

We loved this place. Lots of light, windows, balconies. Nice view towards the ocean. It was great to have an airy kitchen with all pots, pans, plates, cups, etc. Decorated well, spacious, vibrant.

We enjoyed our time once again on the island. This is the 2nd time we have spent/stayed in the Poipu area. Loved how close we were to the beach, a beautiful walking path, and the view we had from the ocean. Our unit was clean and spacious.

We enjoyed our stay at the Poi Pu Kai very much. Things that I would say that need to be done are: Kitchen 221 was very out dated and needs to be renovated. Electronics, from TV to clocks Very outdated as well. At least stay with the times and have at least a flat screen TV!
Bathroom was updated and very beautiful!
The association I am very disappointed about in terms of the grills. Our grill number one had a grill brush that had a couple of wires left on it. We could not properly clean our grill. Called the reception desk twice about this and they pinned it on the association. We paid very good money for a good experience and the association cannot afford grill brushes? Very disappointed in this part. Yes, there are other grilles on the property, but why do we have to walk around the facility to grill our food when grill number one is outside our door?
Reception people were very accommodating except for an older man that had an attitude/rude towards my wife about the grill brush and asking for extra pillows. -

We stayed in the Kahala buidling which I highly recommend. The staff was friendly and very responsive. Guest services really helped with organizing fun things to do and this is by far the best experince I've had visiting Hawaii. Stay in Poipu and use Suite Paradise for bookings. Thank you kindly, Steve and Kim.

Beautiful and clean with all the comforts of home. A bottle of wine in the fridge and a little deck to watch the sunset over the water greeted us and will beckon our return. Little things like a few spices, foil,beach chairs and boogie boards helped lower expenses. Avery helpful staff.
