The condo was recently remodeled, unit was clean and furnished nice. We had a nice balcony with an ocean view. The only things we did not like (which were minor) was the shower head, lack of good kitchen equipment i.e. no none stick frying pan, lack of bbq tools and a little traffic noise at night. We have stayed here three other times and would not hesitate to return.

Great location with one of the best sandy beaches on the island, fantastic view from the lanai and kitchen, very comfortable. They thought about the most important things you need. Service was great, people are very friendly and helpful. We had a great time and will recomend to all our friends.Room # 633 is one of the best in Suite Paradise.

Upside: Unit was clean & bright altho a bit dated and some mustiness to dining room chairs and beach chairs. Centrally located so could walk easily to shops and beach if you are physically inclined. Felt very safe. Welcoming bottle of wine & mai tai was nice touch.
was able to purchase veggies & flowers at local farmer's market.
Downside: 2nd floor w/o elevator and was not adequately advised that
would have rough beginning getting heavy luggage up stairs. Not advisable for those w/mobility issues. No extra bath towels so luckily washer & dryer available in unit. No bedroom TV even tho set up for one. No candles/flashlights - became an issue because power was out one evening islandwide and had no way to get around unit or have dinner w/o stumbling.
Recommendation: provide calendar of events in units rather than just at reservation desk or some kind of announcements on phone.
have unit owners stock every unit with: candles/flashlights/batteries/radio.
no sleeper couch so unit is strictly for one couple. -

The condo was wonderful. Every amenity one could need--including washer and dryer. Tastefully decorated; books to read or games to play on rainy days. Great location and view.
The one complaint I have--and not sure if it's the fault of the Suite Paradise--was the activities department. They were no help at all to us. Called several times and got an answering machine each time. Received one return call (40 min. after my message, by which time we had left for the day). No response to my return call. So, no business placed with them!! -

We had some issues (on the minor side) that needed attention and every single one of our issues was resolved with gracious helpfulness by the most competent and caring staff! This was much appreciated. We checked out other places on the island and you have it all...location, proximity to the ocean, the "green belt" path that leads in the opposite direction but also ends up at the ocean, a sense of privacy and quiet that matters to us, a quiet condo bldg with lovely people also guests there, and an opportunity to feel "at home" although it's a rental. We'll return again and bring others with us since we know we can count on you folks at Suite Paradise.

We especially appreciated Guest Services. The personal attention fromTom helped us choose the activities that worked best for us. We had everything arranged before we even arrived on the island. This made for a more relaxed vacation. The condo had everything we needed and the wine in the fridge was a nice touch. We paid extra for an ocean view. We had a view but it was not close to the ocean. We like the overall location of the resort, walking distance to the beach, sunrise and sunset views. We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary and our memories couldn't be more perfect!

This is a lovely property. The grounds are exquisite and beautifully maintained. The apartment was more than spacious enough for two of us but would have been quite crowded at its rated capacity of 4. The only criticisms are that they do not provide a free cleaning even with a two week rental, the large screen TV was basically useless since there was no HD cable service (and the picture was terrible at standard definition), and they did not provide enough garbage bags for a two week stay. Would we come again? You bet!! In fact, this was our second stay there.

My wife and I stayed for 5 days and the hike down to the beach was approx. 100-yards. It's a cool walk & the grounds are well maintained (although the stairway of our condo was quite dirty) If that walk seems far then be prepared to shell out some serious cash difference for beach-front. Management thought of everything you will need and it's all up to date including a new led 50" TV - guys you gotta love that! Blenders for your private party etc. Hey, with the price of going out your going to like it even more, so enjoy yourself.
