This lovely garden view condo is just a short walk from Brennecke and Poipu Beach and is close to a variety of great ocean and inland activities all without feeling like you are in a crowd. Enjoy your meals on the private lanai that offers a tranquil retreat with singing birds and open greenery. For added enjoyment the condo also has cable TV, DVD player, CD Player and a high speed internet connection.

      We had a Great Time!

      My husband and I stayed at Manualoha 502 on our first trip to Kauai with our 1-year old daughter. We had a great time. The unit is clean and comfortable, very short walk to the beach and two of the pools at Poipu Kai Resort. The staff were friendly and helpful and the resort grounds are beautiful. I highly recommend this unit, and the resort as a whole.

      The mai tai offered at the front desk when checking in after a long day of travel hit the spot! The condo was very nice and filled all our needs perfectly. Great location, no "view" (but that's only steps away)but nice, private lanai.

      We have stayed in Poipu Kai every year once or twice a year for 6 years now. We usually stay a month at a time. ( Poipu Kai is an area of several different condos Suite Paradise rents units for owners in most of them) We continue to return again and again because all of the condos are in a great location in relationship to the beach, walking trails, the Grand hyatt resort, golf etc. Additionally we have found the grounds and the Condos themselves super for family and friends. We always ask for deluxe or super deluxe, it's worth the little extra $$$.
      Because each unit is individually owned the decor and amenity varies, so if that is important check out the unit on the internet...really helps!

      Location was great, close walk to the beach. The unit was clean and well equiped.Loved the patio area as it was quite private due to the tress and flower garden in front.

      My wife and I have stayed at Suite Paradise every time we have visited Kauai. We particularly enjoy the personal touches in the units and the way they feel like "home away from home." However, it was entirely too hot inside Manualoha 502, and there were other problems as well. Even my wife, who is always cold, felt way too hot. We are familiar with the climate at Poipu and we recognize that the Hawaiian climate is hot from august-October. The way the condo was set up did not allow any breeze through the unit during the day or night. We have never had a problem with a unit at Suite Paradise before, so this was very unexpected, especially for a "Garden Deluxe" unit. The kitchen was the best we have seen in terms of amenities and appliances. Other than that, the couch was uncomfortable and the minibar did not have a sink set up with it. The TV was small and there were few beach supplies in the closet, other than a single beach chair that was practically rusted through. The decor is also sparse throughout the unit, and the angle at which the unit is positioned leads to an unfortunate lack of privacy in the living room and bathroom areas. After we called the front desk at Suite Paradise, they moved us right away to a choice of two units, neither of which were in Manualoha. We always recommend Suite Paradise to our friends and co-workers visiting Kauai and will continue to do so. We also recommend the Manualoha complex, we will in the future specify that we will not accept unit number 502.

      Can't beat Poipu Kai Resort Condos for location, cleanliness, an

      We've visited Kauai many times over the last 20 years, and we continue to come back to Poipu Kai. The condo has all the amenities, including gas grills, it is a quick, easy walk to the beach, the beach is perfect for small children-even has a playground, multiple pools, tennis, courts...they even give you a bottle of wine and Kauaiian coffee at check-in. If you need a rental car, strongly recommend considering renting with your room reservation. Their rates are hard to beat and they use Hertz as their agency. Most rooms have DVD players and stereo, but if you've booked a condo less than extra deluxe, ask and make sure.
