Our vacation condo was perfect for our family to enjoy for two amazing weeks on Kauai. We were only 207 steps (the kids counted our walk several times) to Brenneke's and Poipu Beaches.
The condo is a mother's dream set-up, with a washer/dryer combo on the first floor along with an amazing kitchen with everything you need to make easy crock pot dinners or prepare for an outdoor bbq. The dinning/living room area and a beautiful lanai was set-up for easy hanging out evenings of watching Dvd's, playing family board games or sitting outside watching the day turn into another peaceful evening as we enjoyed another day in Kauai.
The master bedroom was a delight for my husband and me to enjoy. It was light and airy with a beautiful sitting room space, a bathroom which met our needs and more and the bed had a mattress which put us to sleep after another wonderful day on Kauai. The kid's room had two twin beds, a TV with a DVD player and plenty of closet space with a full bathroom across the hall.
We come to Kauai every other year and our next stay in 2015 will be at Manualoha 806!

Aloha everyone,
I must say that this is one of the best places that I could have ever chosen. The views and convience to the beaches were superb. The furniture and decorations were perfectly chosen for a Hawaiian retreat. The grounds at Suite Pardise gave my wife and I a wonderful feeling of tropical Eden. A few things that needed attention for the room were quickly taken care of. I liked that all rooms could be opened at both ends to allow the tropical breezes to pass thru and cool you down.
I hope to come here next year and enjoy my stay in Kauai once again.

Perfect! We were only there for 2 days but could want for nothing. It had everything we needed plus was clean, well maintained and beautiful. Right down to the crib we needed.The rental price also included a car for our stay there. Great deal.

Very roomy condo for our family of 4, and very well maintained. Great view of nice lawn area and tennis courts, ocean in distance. Very convenient to 2 nice pools, one of the pools with a great view of the nearby Brenneke Beach. Convenient to local attractions, beaches, and dining. Main TV could have been a larger screen, but we were not there to watch TV!

The condo was beyond out wildest dreams - airy and spacious and immaculate and very close to the beach and 9 nearby tennis courts - a truly fabulous open plan place to relax after a day of fun in the sun. We loved the green belt with palm trees and the fabulous waves at Brenneckes beach. Suite Paradise staff were very helpful pointing out the nearest stores and even giving us an extra half day before our flight. We loved the location and will go back next year again and maybe every year thereafter - it was heaven on earth. The only negative thing was the continual strong wind that interfered with my tennis but I got used to it very quickly and would have been too hot without it. -

we were pleasantly impressed with this vacation rental. Very clean, well maintained, well equipped kitchen, excellent location, close to beach and pool. the only thing that needs upgrading are the locks on the front door. no option to lock from inside, no dead bolt or chain, which is not suitable for families with little kids.
