We were there 12 days. The unit itself was furnished nicely. The kitchen faucet was missing a cover for the top of it. The issue really was the very noisy neighbors in 115 or 114? They had a part that lasted until 11:30 or so and it was very loud and obnoxious. This happened twice. It was on the ground floor right where you walked to the pool, so even though it started at 6 pm we did not feel comfortable walking past it. We were in the condo above it to the side so we heard alot of it.We had no idea different companies rented different condos in the same Poipu Sands, so we did not believe it was under your management,so we did not complain.

Our unit was very spacious with an ocean view and surrounded by lovely gardens. It was very close to good restaurants and tennis and golf facilities and the activities office arranged many enjoyable outings for us. The toaster, pots and pans etc. need updating--the only negative.

This was our 6th visit to Kauai but our first working with Suite Paradise. Our rental went smoothly, our land excursions booked through Suite Paradise went smoothly and we loved our condo. It was beautifully suited on quiet well kept grounds! We are definitely planning on returning!

We had a wonderful time renting 221. It was so comfortable and well equipped. The decor was contemporary; the amenities was 100% perfect, The staff was friendly and helpful upon check-in. We will definitely be back.

My wife and I have stayed at Poipu Sands each year since 2006, the last two in unit PS 221. The unit is well furnished and maintained. From the balconies it has views of the pool and the ocean. The unit is only steps to the pool or short walks to Shipwreck and Poipu Beaches. There are several convenient Weber barbecues for grilling. Suite-Paradise concierge services are knowledgeable and accommodating. We are booking our 6th year at Poipu Kai Resorts for 2012.

Our Condo was absolutely beautiful with a pool right below our balcony. The entire facility was very clean and well maintained. I have already booked my trip for next year!
