We switched rooms from 334 to 608 Manualoha to be in better location. Room in good proximity to restaurants with views of ocean. Room was very dirty like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. We found a large amount of hair all over floors and in bathroom, as well as live and dead roaches throughout kitchen. We had management schedule a cleaning after finding live roaches and a large amount of roach droppings covering everything in utensil drawer. When we reported this, staff was rude.

Kathleen and I have been coming to Suite Paradise since the early 1990s. We found our favorite unit, #425 at Poipu Sands. As usual, we rented this unit about 8 months in advance.
Suite Paradise called us several months after the reservation and informed us the unit was being remodelled and would not be available for our vacation.
We were disappointed, but Suite Paradise offered us a similar unit for the base price. We asked of the 2 units we had in mind which one had the best view. Suite Paradise indicated Unit 334 had the better view.
We spent 15 mights in this unit and it was great. The view of the pacific was exceptional. The unit had recently been redone. It was in excellent condition and very accommodating.
This unit worked out so well, we reserved this specific unit for next year!
Along with the free car rental and Suite Paradise's going the extra mile, we had a great time at a great location. -

It was one of the best holiday experience so far. The accomodation was very clean , functional, spacious and comfortable. Kitchen well equiped. The location is very quiet, has nice ocean view within good proximity to swimming pool.
Staff in the resort was very pleasant and helpful.Rental car is needed for grocery shopping. Elderly and disabled may have problem to get to the third floor with no elevator.

This is our 6th trip to Kauai. We always stay in Poipu. First time at The Sands. The condo was very reasonable (included rental car) and huge, 1700 square feet. There was lots of storage and plenty of room. The master bedroom even had two closets. Kitchen had granite counters and nice appliances. The sofa sectional was very comfy. We had a extra deluxe oceanview
condo. We were on the 3rd floor so had a great view from the lanai, which was big with table, chairs and 2 loungers.
Was awesome to wake up to the sounds of the ocean crashing on the beach. Nice grounds with several Bbqs and good size pool. Would come back in a heart beat!!! -

1/2 the price of a small single room looking at the parking lot at the next door Hyatt Regency for two comfortable bedrooms, large living area and a great balcony and view. we loved it.

Pleasant location and comfortable furnishings. Spacious and quiet. Only downside for my 90 year old mother was the 3rd floor location. Would definitely return.
