We found a good rate on line for a two day stay on Kauii. Having a condo with two bedrooms was perfect. Each division of the area includes its own pool. Our only disappointment was not finding the resort pool which included a hot tub. Good location for traveling each coast.

We were impressed by how well equipped our unit was - including clothes washer, dryer - and detergent! The kitchen had everything that was needed, and there were even books on a shelf in the wet bar. The view from our living room was great. And when we requested a special bathroom convenience, the administration had it on hand. Thank you.

I enjoyed my stay overall but place smelt musty. The bathroom tub and shower was in rough shape. Did like that they had a closet packed with things we could use, tennis rackets, cooler, snokel stuff. Big rental unit. Great views. Over all not bad.

My daughter and I could not have been more pleased with our condo! It was much more spacious than we envisioned...with a lovely garden view overlooking the lovely pool and access to the beautiful beach as well as the elegant Grand Hyatt, where we enjoyed breakfast on the terrace most mornings. We will definitely return and request the same condo. Kauai is paradise!

The condo is quiet and reasonably comfortable, though there are many things that don't work (shower won't close, sliding door sticks, kitchen light buzzes). It has not been updated in a long time. Still, it had plenty of space and the essentials. However, it is a long walk from the beach and there is no sunny patio to sit on - it faces shady north all day long.
The nearest beach, Brennecke's, is super crowded with boogie boarders and not a good swimming beach. The swimming pool right next to the condo is empty but pretty cold (unheated). It costs $10/person/day to play tennis.
I would not stay in this complex again as it is too far from the kind of beach that I enjoy. We went to Kiahuna's beach every day by car to enjoy a better beach, and next time we will book far enough in advance to stay at Kiahuna.
