Wonderful unit with partial ocean views. Plenty of room for a family. Well maintained and comfortable. The bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived was a nice touch.

Have stayed with Suite Paradise many times, but this was the first time in this unit. Great unit. Great location in the complex. Always love the Manualoha pool.

This was our fifth stay at Poipu Kai and once again I had a great vacation at this wonderful resort. The check in was easy and fast and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The resort grounds are beautiful and very well kept. The resort is close to the Poipu Village Shopping Center and Koloa Town is only 10 minutes away with several grocery stores and shops.
The unit we stayed at this year was Manualoha 1005, a 2Br, 2B condo for a family of four, a living room, large flat screen TV, HD cable, a dining table and a lanai with a garden view (although we could still see the ocean). It is a bit worn but well maintained and very clean. The full sized kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans dishes ect. to make and serve your own meals and each unit has access to a large gas grill. There was an abundant supply of both pool and bath towels, and a washer and dryer (with laundry detergent) were also provided. The master bedroom had two private lanais, a walk in closet, large master bathroom and a very comfortable king sized pillow top mattress. One of the most important things for us was the feeling that we stayed in a "home" rather than a crowded hotel or beach condo.
Brennecke and Poipu beaches are within walking distance, the views are great and the sunsets are to die for. For those who like wildlife, we saw monk seals and sea turtles every day and snorkeling with the fish was a treat. There are many places to go for sight seeing like the Waimea Canyon, the Napali Coast and if you like flowers there are no better locations than the garden isle. We will definately be returning to Poipu Kai Resorts. -

This is our 2nd stay at #1005 Manualoha, which we picked again because we fell in love with the unit when we found it the 1st time in april 2010. It has an outstanding view from the Master bedroom and lanai over palms & trees to the ocean beyond. We enjoy the airflow of the upper room and views in 3 directions. We can sun, nap, read, or whatever in total comfort and privacy. The space is open and flowing, and enjoyable in every condition of weather.
The 2nd level living area is comfortable and convenient from kitchen-dining-living room.
Everything was as we had expected.
Attn property managers: 1) the stairwell lights need replacement, bulbs burned out. 2) the under the sink cabinet doors are broken & need repair. 3) in general the space is clean; but under the living room sofa bed, cleaning attention is required. Thank you for your attention. -

Have stayed with you numerous times, this and the three bdrm units are the best. New to the west coast friends were wih us and can't stop talking about it
