This was our 3rd wkly rental at Poipu Kai Resort & M1103 was very disappointing compared to our prior rentals. The unit & kitchen are in need of a full upgrade, especially the kitchen. The bed was lumpy and we woke up every morning with back pain. The small toilet space and mini-shower in the master bath left a lot to be desired. It was dark & not much air flowed through the unit so we found ourselves using the 2 fans the entire length of our stay. On the last day, I discovered a little cockroach crawling around the floor. In the past, we have really enjoyed our rental units for an affordable price. For 2 beautiful 2-bedroom rentals we paid $1000/wk in 2010 & $1300/wk in 2011 and this year we paid $1700 for that old yucky unit. We don't want to rent M1103 ever again!

We had such a realaxing time. It was a very comfortable and accomodating place to stay. We felt at home. It was close to the beach. We enjoyed the walk to the beach and nearby shops. We want to come back.
