      We very much enjoyed our stay in the condo at Poipu Beach, Kauai. The accomodations were very nice and comfortable for our family. The location was great, with ocean views and a short walk to Brenneke Beach. Couldn't have asked for more.

      Suite Paradise delivers again -- efficient,friendly service and comfortable accommodations.

      Manualoha 206 has great ocean views and plenty of space for a family to spread out and enjoy their stay. It is a short walk to beautiful Poipu Beach,restaurants and shopping.

      The biggest improvement they could make would be to install a Wifi connection. The unit is internet enabled, but there was no Wifi.

      206 was a very nice unit with a view that was much more than we expected. Bedding, towels and kitchen supplies were excellent. Would have been nice to have had more tea towels and dishcloths. Kitchen range top was not in great condition but everything worked on it and carpet had some stains. Everything else was great.Very impressed with electronics. Location of unit is perfect, close to beach and pool.

      We enjoyed our stay very much. It is what we expected and never had any problems with our accommodations. It had everything we needed to be comfortable and relax. It was located close to where we wanted to go, so no problem there. I'd say it's a little far from the airport, but it was worth the drive. Walking to the beach was a big plus.

      This was our second time staying at Manualoha. The suite was very spacious and the amenities were excellent. We enjoyed the view of the ocean and the wonderful gardens.

      Room was very nice. Location excellent. We would consider returning to this unit. There were only two negative issues. The toilets due not work properly (takes 3-5 flushes to clear). And there was a mouse lose in the living room one night that we never did catch.

      * Wonderful on property service - remember to order beach chairs, surf boards, bikes and the like before you arrive...
      * Condo kitchen was very well stocked pots, dishes, spices, papertowels - we ate all breakfasts and some lunches for the entire wk
      * Within walking distance of tennis, beach, surfing, Kapaki Joe's (casual dining and sports bar), nature path/walk
      * Within short drive of Sheraton, Hyatt (luau), Waiohi (nice restuaurants); Poipu shopping plaza (groceries, restaurants and shopping)
      *Lots and lots of outdoor activities for families (biking, zip lineing, hiking, tennis classes and courts for play)

      My only complaint were the roosters that crowed at night and kept me awake. Otherwise it was a great condo. We saw whales from our deck everynight.While I would definitely recommend the resort by itself, I could not recommend the beach location. Terribly crowded during spring break and does not compare in anyway to Florida or the Caribbean, Bahamas or even the east coast of the us. We felt that the Poipu beaches are horribly overrated.
