Staff at Suite Paradise were wonderful to work with starting from the booking until we checked out. We found that we had to look no further when we needed to book activities and events. Tom was helpfully and informative, with lots of suggestions for our stay on Kauai. The condo was very clean, well stocked and had a fantastic view of the ocean and sunsets every evening. The pool had a great view of whales splashing around in the ocean. We also liked the layout and location of the complex, which we found to always be clean. We would definitely stay there again and have recommended to friends already!

We recently stayed in a 2 bedroom upper floor unit. It was wonderful. Updated, clean, lots of space and well appointed. We had a beautiful view of the ocean and poipu beach is perfect for families.! It also had two pools on property.. We only went to the smaller one. I wish it had been heated is all but the kids enjoyed it anyway. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! We felt it was a great value.

We actually stayed in this same condo last year, on our first year ever to the islands. We enjoyed it very much, especially that we could walk to the beach and surrounds. However at the check in we did not receive but the most cursory explanation of the map, which itself was pretty minimal, from the concierge (who I believe was the same one we had this year) and ended up driving around unable to find our condo. But we eventually found it, and we liked that the kitchen was well thought out, since we enjoy cooking our own meals. It was clean and the view from the upstairs balcony was nice. We were however puzzled as to why the concierge girl was so unenthusiastic about us staying there, at check in, the few times we called down about something and especially at check out. She refused to print our boarding pass, saying it was too much hassel for her to go into the airlines web site and check us in. If we had a printer, or at least access to one, we would have certainly done it ourselves, but we felt as simple a service as this was, it would have been a no brainer for her to print them up for us. As it was, we just printed them up at the airport and were done with it that way. We just would have appreciated this one tiny amenity considering we are excellent guests. We also noticed that during our stay our area's outdoor grill did not have any gas in it, and it was that way for the whole week, so we didn't get to cook out as much as we would have wanted. The grill was also very dirty and it didn't look like anyone had taken care of it in a long while. We are always thrilled to come to the island, and find so many lovely people here to ask questions of, and to share stories. It's just too bad this girl wasn't clued in on the finer points of public service. It is for this reason we probably won't stay there again, as we figure there are lots of other condos and hotels around that would be excited to have us as their guests.

Poipu at sunset is wonderful and our condo offered a front row seat. We have stayed in Manu 703 before and it never lets us down. We especially like the location near long walks by the sea and whales.
We do offer one suggestion for improvement of the facility. We enjoy listening to radio--especially Hawaii Public Broadcasting. The cheap radios in the unit offered reception that was so weak that we were unable to pick it up. The small stereo unit provided no reception at all. It would be a small investment by the owners or someone to install quality radio units. -

703 captures the trade winds which were especially nice to wake up to.It's lovely to sit on the balcony and enjoy the breeze and beautiful grounds and view. Though not right on the beach, it is within easy walking distance, and you can see the ocean from the condo. We had a problem with the washing machine which was taken care of immediately. Master suite is huge. Very clean.
