This condo was a delight. Very clean with updated furniture and appliances, and the view... The amenities in the condo were well appointed and the location, right next to the Grand Hyatt, allowed ready access to a beautiful beach and all the Hyatt had to offer. We enjoy exploring so we drove around the entire island and while the north side was breath taking in it's beauty, I was happy to down south where the waves were more manageable (during winter storm season). I might stay on the north side during summer months but this was a great location to watch spectacular sunrises and the incredible stars at night. I'd return to this location again without question.

My husband and I experienced Kauai the first time as honeymooners 23 years ago. And, we've returned to the Island over 20 times since then. Now it feels like our home away from home, and Suites Paradise helps make it so. The living is easy any time of year; the staff helpful and friendly, and the townhouse owners so gracious to let us share their space. We get to our piece of heaven and enjoy the beauty and serenity of the environment. Waking up every morning and having coffee on the lanai with our ocean view is so wonderful. The full moon illuminating the water at night is an artists dream. The suite we stayed at the last few years is perfect for the two of us. Now that we are empty nesters...it's so great. Having the extra half bath, the updated kitchen and all the amenities is so much better than staying at a hotel. When people ask what do we do on the island..with a townhouse like this, we just "live"...enjoy the views and walk to the beach (no more than 100 yards away). There's in-suite services like massages..or you can take a short walk to the Hyatt next door and spend a glorious day at the spa. We kinda don't won't to tell the world about it, but since we were asked...it's the least we could do. Thank you for allowing us this opportunity. I could go on...but we'll leave it at that! Thank you!!

We stayed in this condo 16 years ago, and stayed there again this past week. We have also stayed in three other condos thru Suite Paradise, all gorgeous. But this one is the best. It is very recently refurbished throughout, with new furniture, a very modern kitchen with lovely appliances, beautiful flooring, and amenities such as luxurious linens, wine in the refrigerator on your arrival, a Mai Tai to greet you when you check in at reception.
The condo overlooks the Shipwreck beach with views out onto the ocean where whales are breaching and blowing! Th sun rises out of the ocean directly out of your lanai window. The beach is a 2 minute stroll away. The Hyatt is a 5 minute stroll, if you want access to their restaurants and amenities. Its also a short walk to Brenneke's beach with snorkeling, or along the cliffs to private coves.. I would highly recommend this condo. All of Suite Paradise condos are lovely, but the views from this location are stunning..

We stayed at Unit 513 from the last weekend in June through the July 4th holiday. The experience was, as always, wonderful. We have been staying at this particular unit since our kids got older and decided to have their own separate vacations. The ocean view is amazing, the scene is so tranquil and inviting. The proximity to the beach, restaurants and shopping make this an ideal location for our annual vacations. We look forward to this trip every year, and regret leaving each and every time we've come.

Our vacation was wonderful--just not long enough. The location of Ps513 was awesome! We couldn't have asked for a better place. The interior of the rental was very comfortable. Even without aC, there was always a breeze going through. The only setback of our vacation was that there was a problem with the TV (40") and we had to deal with a replacement TV that was the size of a computer monitor--for 3 weeks!!! Also, the rental stated that it could sleep up to 4 people and there was only one bed and no pull out couch.
