This is such a beautiful home. It was a magical week for everyone that stayed in the house. The layout is great and the master bedroom downstairs is amazing. The backyard is a dream and the pool is perfect. I can't wait to rent this place again. We were so happy with the place that we are planing to make this our new early vacation spot. thank you so much for everything.

The house needs some attention...sliding glass door in the great room does not lock which is a security issue, remotes for several fans do not work so could not be adjusted and light would not work, stove top broken so could not use for cooking which is a safety issue, cabinet hinge broken so cabinet open all the time, most windows would not open and the few that did open were torn or had holes in the screen, pool sweep broken so pool was not clean. These were the major issues with the house. The house was extremely clean but little details were not in the rental house such as burned out bulbs in nightlights , no hooks in the bathroom to hang towels, no cleaning supplies under sinks. Privacy was also an issue since there were no window coverings on the sliding doors in the bedrooms. The internet password given to us via email was incorrect. The published directions we were sent were inadequate. The published direction did not mention there was not a street sign to indicate the turn near the Plantation shopping center and Roy's restaurant. This property was an upgrade to us since the house we originally had rented had been sold. Since it is on the golf course, the mowers were out at 5:45 am.. We called the management company with our concerns especially regarding the stove top and no one came to fix it during our stay. New construction on a house next door had workmen pounding by 7:00 a.m. although the indication was quiet time until 8:00 a.m. If we had paid the going weekly rental for this house we would have been very disappointed. PS. The beds were fantastic and the bedding top of the line. The furnitures was also comfortable. We are telling you all this so that it will be better for future rentals.

The house we stayed in was great. Very clean with great views and lots of room. It is 5 minutes from the beach and very near shopping and the great little town of Koloa. You have to check out the shops there including the little fish market. We had a couple of issues with minor leaks in the kitchen which the property manager took care of immediately. I highly recommend this property.

The vacation rental was beautiful and very relaxing. The only thing when we got there the sink disposal had maggots, which we cleaned it with no problems. Other then that we loved the house.
