We stayed in #410 at NihiKai. I would recommend that unit again in a minute. I loved the ocean view and the few minutes walk to the beach. I do think the screen doors should be replaced; I requested a bath mat for the interior of the bathtub; was promised it but not delivered. With no grab bars, that can make a shower for an older person rather tricky.

We have been staying at the Nihi Kai condos for years. We always stay in the same building and have rented several different units. My experience with the Parrish Collection in regards to the rental has always been so pleasant. The location is probably our favorite part. We walk everywhere. After there for min of (4) days Poipu Paralysis sets in, it's a wonderful state of mind.
I would highly recommend this complex and rental agency!

Anything I needed was in the unit. I loved my stay. I could have used written instructions on how to use the T.V. I am not sure if there were beach chairs, as I did not have a desire for them. I believe there were as I recall the guest book saying they gave the gift of a new one. The booklet that the owners left with recommendations of pleaces to go and to eat was marvelous. It is nice to have a locals perspective on activities. As always Kevin and all office staff where marvelous.
I have stayed before and will always stay when I return to Kauai.
Nihi Kai Review 5-09

We stayed in condo #401. We had 4 people in our party, 2 adults and 2 children (16&17). Amenties were great. Plenty of room for 4 people plus and extra sleeper sofa on main floor. Kitchen had everyting you need. The washer/dryer was etremely helpful since with the humidity, towels and bathing suits dry very slowly. The built in safe and free wireless internet were excellent amenities. I would recommend Nihi Kai and Kauai as a great vacation getaway.

I stayed at the Nihi Kai villas for my honeymoon and I wouldn't change a thing! During our 10 night stay we were able to relax a lot due to the laid back feel of that part of the island. It's also located on a part of the island that makes driving to the western or eastern part of the island and easy afternoon trip. You can also take a day trip to explore the northern part of the island. Nihi Kai has a great commons area that is very nice for grilling - we loved doing that so we didn't have to get dressed up to go to dinner every night! Our condo was very quaint - nothing extravagant but strangely enough that's what we were looking for. The kitchen was fully equipped and the den had a balcony where we ate most meals to enjoy the beautiful view of the ocean. Walking to the beach was very simple - just about a 4 minute walk. That beach was great for snorkeling too!!! Just buy your snorkel gear from the shop right on the beach and your all set!!!
