Beautifully presented 2 bedroom waterfront apartment located in a pretty bay in Korcula. The apartment is located on the ground floor of an attractive white stone house situated in a idyllic position for a relaxing and sun-shine holiday. Both bedrooms are well furnished with a double bed. The kitchen is very well equipped, essential for a self-catering holiday and creatively decorated with the modern white furniture contrasting with the rustic features of a stone built fireplace and the stone walls. There are 2 bathrooms each with a shower, useful for both a family or if more than one couple is staying at the apartment. As well as thoughtful... attention paid to the furnishings in the apartment, modern amenities have also been provided, such as free internet access and air-conditioning.

The apartment opens onto a large terrace which is located on the edge of the water, furnished with a table and chairs and has unbeatable sea views. This provides a wonderful place to enjoy al-fresco dining. The proximity of the apartment to the sea also means you can easily take a swim at any time of the day.

The location of the bay in which the apartment is located provides tranquillity for your holiday but it is also just a 15 - 20 minute easy coastal walk to the centre of town so you are not far away from the main attractions.Read more

The apartment is located in a quiet bay of Korcula, away from the noisy restaurants and bars, but with local amenities still nearby. There are two traditional restaurants serving tradional Croatian cuisine and grilled meats, a few minutes walk from the apartment and a supermarket around a 5 minute walk which sells fresh vegetables, bread and other essential items.
In the front of the apartment is a concrete jetty where you can swim off from into the warm waters of the Adriatic sea surrounding the island of Korcula. There are pebble beaches in either direction of the apartment reachable in about 10 minutes walking. One is located in front of the Bon Repos Hotel, the other is known locally as "Banja", where there is also a basketball court, trampolines and a sailing school where you can learn to sail boats, wind-surf or hire kayaks.

Within a 15-20 minute walk from the apartment, you will be right in the centre of Korcula Town where you wander the narrow streets of Korcula Old Town visiting the numerous churches and museums, souvenir shops and taste local specialities at numerous restaurants and cafe-bars serving food and drink all day.

On the way to Korcula Town, there is the main bus station, where you can take a bus to other parts of the island, including Lumbarda which is popular for its sandy beaches and production of the white wine, Grk; a taxi rank and a small port where there are taxi boats ready to ferry people to the small islets very close to Korcula, which makes a great day trip. There are also several tourist agencies where you can hire bikes, scooters, cars, kayaks and boats, if you prefer a self-guided tour of the island.

There is a no private parking directly at the apartment, but you can park park just off the road opposite (residents and other guests park along this road safely). If travelling by bus or boat to the island, the bus station and the port is within a 15-20 minute walk.
